Loungewear purchase
I was really disappointed with the loungewear I bought from this store. The quality just wasn't there, the fabric felt really cheap, and the fit was just off. I was hoping for a cozy, comfy piece to hang out in at home, but instead, it seemed like it would fall apart after one wash. The design seemed cute online, but in person, it was pretty boring and definitely not worth what I paid. Overall, I was really let down by my purchase and I wouldn't suggest buying from this brand.

Kitchen table, dining chairs, and side table
The customer service at this store is terrible. When we tried to return some dining chairs that ended up not fitting under our table, we got hit with a huge fee. Even though the side table hadn't even been delivered yet, they still wanted us to pay $399 plus 10% for the return. It's definitely fraud and deception on their end. We usually shop at places like Restoration Hardware and Crate and Barrel, but after this, we're never coming back to this store again.

I've ordered a bunch of stuff from Mobile Fun and it's always been smooth sailing. Some people have complained, but I've never had any problems myself. They've got a good range of products and the prices are pretty competitive, which makes it simple for me to find what I'm looking for. Every time I've ordered, my stuff has shown up in just a few days, no hiccups. I've never even had to get in touch with customer service because everything's gone so smoothly. Bottom line, I'm happy with Mobile Fun and I'll definitely keep using them for my tech stuff.

Bacon order for a party
I just picked up 4 pounds of bacon for this party I'm throwing. But man, it took 6 whole days for me to realize something was up because they didn't give me any updates. So I called them up, and turns out they were totally out of stock. I was not thrilled with how they handled the situation - lack of communication and slow response time really made me mad. They said I'd get a refund, but dang, the whole thing dragged on longer than I thought. Now I'm not sure I want to mess with this company again.

Linen Sheet Set - Queen Full
Ordered a complete linen sheet set (queen), which was supposed to come with duvet cover, fitted sheet and top sheet, and pillowcases.
Took over a month for items to arrive - and they sent used products that were not even what I ordered! Just sheets stuffed in a white bag (so disgusting!).
Duvet cover was missing and they sent a fitted sheet for a King, with a Queen top sheet. I reached out to support and they've been unresponsive. Also tried reaching out through Facebook and they told me to schedule a call so I did (they never called and then they blocked me so I couldn't contact them on Facebook again!).

Worst communication from a brand I've ever received. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I'm so mad at myself for actually giving money to this brand, absolutely terrible timing and I wouldn't be surprised if the products were shit too.

Bikini
I’m in the same boat... ordered a bikini from this company on 05/08/2020. Received an email about shipping issues due to COVID-19 on 05/22/2020. On 05/30/2020 I received an email that my order had shipped. I’ve emailed the company several time for updates since the tracking number is not valid. I get the same message... it’s on the way. I purchased with PayPal and I will let them know I never received my item. I would have given them no stars but it would only let me give them 2 stars. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
