Purchased large outdoor backpack
I recently bought this big outdoor backpack online, but man, it was a mess. First off, there was no way to track it, so I had no clue where it was during delivery. When it finally came, it was way too huge for what I needed, so I had to return it. But then, the return system didn't even register my order, and my order number didn't work. Trying to reach customer service was a nightmare too - the phone just rang and rang with no answer for days. Honestly, this whole experience with this company was a huge letdown. I'd tell others to think twice before ordering from them.

Cheese purchase
I can't figure out why there are so many negative reviews out there about this company because, in my opinion, they have been absolutely fantastic. I've bought high-quality cheeses from them multiple times and I've never had any issues. One time when they were out of the cheese I ordered, they upgraded me to a fancier cheese at no extra cost. Their customer service is on point, always making sure my orders arrive on time. I typically give them a heads up about a week in advance if I need my order by a certain date, and they always make it happen. They package everything really well, with a sturdy styrofoam cooler in a cardboard box, complete with ice packs for shipping. I've even told my friends about this company, and they've had great experiences too.

I put in $95,000 in 6 different investments using this platform. Sadly, only 2 of them turned out the way I hoped. One of them tanked and lost all its value, which was a major bummer. Despite all this, EQ is saying I made a 6% return, but I know it's more like 1% or a little over that.

I was really pleased with my purchase. The guy I spoke with, let's call him Marcellus King, was super chill and friendly. Test preparation materials
As someone who used the test prep materials, I thought they were really good and helped me a lot with my assessments. I spent about three weeks getting ready for the tests, studying a few hours each day and even more on the weekends. I made sure to go through all the material thoroughly, especially the Grid, Digit, and Switch exercises. Using different colored markers to mark my answers helped me stay organized and accurate. Although I didn't focus too much on the PEAK prep, I think the overall experience and making sure my answers were honest really helped me during the tests. Now I've moved on to the interview stage, and the HR person said I did well on the tests, showing that the prep materials really worked.
