expensive coat
I bought this really nice coat that cost a lot of money, but when it arrived I had to pay extra for import taxes. The company didn't really try to help me out, they acted like it was my fault for not knowing about the extra charges. They treated me like I should've known better and didn't even offer to fix the situation. I ended up having to pay the tax before I could even return it, and the delivery person was giving me a hard time too. I definitely won't be shopping here again, it was a really awful experience.
Sneaker purchase
I bought a pair of sneakers from this store not too long ago. Since the store is in Italy, I knew it might take up to a week for them to arrive. But it's been three weeks now and still no sign of my order. I tried reaching out to them through email, their website, phone calls, and even Instagram, but I haven't heard back at all. It's really frustrating not getting any communication from them. I'm thinking about getting international authorities involved to help me get my package.
Off White sunglasses received
I received the Off White sunglasses I ordered from MCLABELS today, and I have to say I was really disappointed with them. The left arm of the sunglasses is about 1cm longer than the right one, so they don't sit right on my face. I was surprised that a high-end brand like this would overlook such an obvious flaw in their product. It made me wonder if they were even the real deal, but checking the serial number verified that they are authentic. Still, the quality of workmanship is clearly lacking and not up to par for what I paid. I had higher expectations for a luxury brand like Off White.
Herno jacket purchase

Shoes to be delivered to Thailand
So, I ordered some shoes from this place and let me tell you, it was a total mistake. They really messed up everything! First off, they showed me prices in THB but ended up charging me in Euros. I've been waiting forever for my shoes, it's been a whole month now, and honestly, it's driving me nuts!

My experience with MCLABELS really sucked. I thought I was getting a 1250ml diffuser, but they sent me a puny 250ml one instead. Dealing with their customer service team was a nightmare - they were rude and offensive, to say the least. I had a really bad experience with MCLABELS. The customer service was awful - the reps weren't helpful and gave me wrong info. When I got the D&G sneakers, I saw they were messed up with a big scratch. Trying to return them was even worse. They said I had to pay for shipping, return fees, and customs charges, all for their mess up. And they were planning to sell the messed up shoes to someone else, even though they knew they were damaged. That's just wrong and makes me think poorly of the company.
