Black leather boots
I just bought a pair of black leather boots from this store, but I was bummed when I found out they didn't have them in stock because of some quality problem. But hey, the seller really came through with some top-notch customer service. They quickly let me know what was going on and gave me a full refund in no time. I'm glad they handled it so fast, but still a little bummed I didn't get those boots I had my heart set on.
