    I just ordered some cookies online, but the first box never showed up. The tracking info said the label was made, but the package never got moving. But, when I contacted customer service, they were actually super nice about it. They apologized, gave me back the shipping money, and sent out a new box of cookies. And let me tell you, those cookies are delicious! I definitely recommend giving them a shot. It's nice to see a company that really cares about their customers and takes responsibility for any slip-ups.

    Late birthday card delivery

    I just don't get why it's so hard to get a birthday card delivered on time. I got a card for my nephew's birthday and now it's Friday, his birthday was on Sunday. Supposedly, the tracker said it would arrive by Wednesday, but it's still out for delivery! Seriously, just step up your game and deliver the card on time. It's not that complicated, it's just a card delivery for crying out loud.

    I've been using this online educational program for my kids for a couple of years now and let me tell you, I am super impressed with the results. Despite what some negative reviews might say, I've found the program to be really engaging and helpful in boosting my kids' reading skills. One thing that really helped was figuring out how to turn off the 'games' feature from the control panel early on, so my kids could stay focused on the learning stuff. Plus, the customer service team has been really quick to help with any questions I've had, making the whole experience nice and easy. The worksheets that come with the program have been a great extra resource, but they're not necessary for it to work well. And the online library with books for their age group has been a big hit in my house, getting my kids excited about exploring all kinds of reading material.

    Oh my gosh, I ordered these really awesome dog portraits for my family and they turned out amazing! I got them for my sister and mom, and they absolutely loved them.     Auto insurance with terrible customer service

    This insurance company is a real pain to deal with, I'm telling you. The fees and extra charges they slap on feel like they're just trying to steal from you. It's obvious they care more about money than actually helping customers.     I bought a gift set for my wife at this place not too long ago, but things didn't go so well. I wanted to return it after Christmas for a refund since it couldn't be exchanged. But it's been way too long and I still haven't seen my money back. I've tried contacting their customer service multiple times, but the only way I can reach them is through WhatsApp. All they do is apologize and promise to sort it out soon, but they never actually do. I'm so disappointed with their poor customer service and how long it's taking to get my refund. I'm even thinking about taking legal action for theft and fraud.

    I was kinda skeptical about buying from BG because of all the bad reviews, but I really had my heart set on those Golden Goose sneakers. Surprisingly, my experience turned out pretty good.     I got these awesome lights from Cuckooland and couldn't wait to hang them up in my room. But when my package came, I saw that a few of the lamps were smashed during the way here.
