Textbook purchase
I recently tried to buy a textbook from BiggerBooks because their prices were the best. I decided to pay extra for fast shipping so I could get the book on time. But, to my surprise, the order was suddenly canceled with no warning. I was totally in the dark about where my book was, and had to dig around to figure out that the order was canceled. The lack of communication and not knowing why it was canceled was really annoying. As a customer, I think it's important to keep us informed and explain things about our orders.
Bulk book purchase for class
The books I ordered got here really quick, in just five days, and I was happy to see that they were just as I expected in a used condition. Sure, some of them had a few small flaws, but overall, I'm happy with what I got. I'll definitely think about getting books from this seller again.
Daughter's textbook
I ordered my daughter's textbook and paid extra to get it delivered quickly, but the book never arrived. I tried sending them an email, but didn't hear back until they said it wouldn't be available until December. My daughter still doesn't have her book and her class has already started. It's frustrating and I won't be using this website anymore.
Got wrong book
I ordered a book and was totally bummed when I got the wrong one in the mail! Luckily, I was able to get permission to send it back for a refund. But now I'm still waiting for the money, even though I already returned the book. It's so annoying!
My order came a day late
I ordered this book thinking I'd get it super quick, but guess what? It showed up a day later than promised! I was freaking out because I really needed it right away for my school project. They didn't give me a tracking number, so I had no clue where my package was. Luckily, it finally made its grand appearance on the 10th. Whew.
Textbook purchase gone wrong
I ordered a textbook for this semester, but then got an email a week later saying sorry for the delay in shipping. I just decided to cancel my order and buy the book somewhere else.
Book purchase
I just received my book and it came in perfect condition! The price was really good and they even sent me an email to check if I got it on time. The Shop app was really helpful for keeping track of my order as well. I'll definitely be using this site again!
Unbound copy of a book
I gotta say, I was really impressed with the service I got from BiggerBooks. When my unbound book showed up, it was in tip-top shape thanks to the sturdy cardboard envelope it was protected in. They even wrapped it in cellophane with a note not to tear into it, which made sure all the pages were in order. The attention to detail in the packaging really showed me that this company cares about making sure their books arrive in perfect condition for us customers. Plus, the pre-punched holes in the book made it super easy for me to pop it into a binder without worrying about any pages falling out. All in all, I'm super happy with my experience and I'll definitely be using BiggerBooks again for my next book purchase.
Book with expedited shipping
I bought a book from this store and paid more for faster shipping. But, I was let down because the book didn't get sent out until six days later, and didn't get to me until 12 days after I ordered it. That's not what I would consider as "expedited" shipping. I was excited to receive my book quickly, but ended up waiting a lot longer than I thought. I hope they can do better with their shipping in the future.
Expedited shipping book purchase
I just bought a book and paid extra to get it fast, like 1-5 days. But, dang it, it showed up today, way later than it was supposed to. I didn't get any tracking updates either, so I had no clue where my order was. At least now I'm happy the book is finally here.
Misleading purchase
I ordered a book that was supposed to be available, but then found out days later that it wasn't in stock and my order got canceled without me knowing. I'm pretty upset about it because nobody let me know ahead of time. It just doesn't make sense to me why they would take my order if the book wasn't even available.
Late Order, Lack of Communication
I am really unhappy with how things went down at that store. I ordered something two weeks back and still haven't heard anything about it. I had to contact them myself just to find out that there were problems with the supplier. The class that needs the book has already started, so not keeping me in the loop is just not cool. I wouldn't suggest this store to anyone now. I spent $80 on my order and now I'm left without what I need. They should at least give me a refund or a big discount to make up for it.
Free shipping, sneaky charges
I thought I would save some cash by getting that free shipping deal, but then they snuck in some extra charges on my card! Supposed to be just $2 more, but they ended up taking $8 without even giving me a heads up. Tried reaching out to customer service, but they were no help whatsoever. Decided to just cancel my whole order 'cause I don't trust them anymore. Keep an eye out for those sneaky charges, folks!
Order cancellation notification
I ordered something online and then my order got cancelled without me even knowing. I had no clue what was going on with my order, and all I got was an email asking if I had gotten it - but I hadn't because it never even got shipped. The fact that I didn't get any updates or explanations left me feeling really let down and annoyed with the whole situation.
Late order delivery
I'm really upset with the service I got from this company. I ordered my stuff weeks ago and still haven't gotten anything. I've tried asking for answers several times, but I keep getting ignored. It's not okay to not communicate or be transparent, especially since they already took my money. I deserve better service from a company that says they care about their customers.
Quick order, low price, fast shipping
I had a really easy time ordering my book from this site and even found a coupon code for a discount. The shipping was quick and my book arrived right on schedule. The only thing that bothered me was that I never got the email they promised when my book was shipped. I had to keep checking back to see if it was on its way.
Digital copy purchase
Ordering a digital copy was pretty simple and convenient, but I messed up and selected the wrong version by mistake. I couldn't cancel it before it was delivered, which was a bummer. It would have been nice if there was an option to cancel an order before it gets to you. Realizing my mistake after the fact was really frustrating, especially since I hadn't even gotten the wrong version yet.

This is actually my second time buying textbooks from this company and every time, I've been really happy with the service. They always deliver everything super quickly, which is awesome because it helps me dive right into my coursework. I had a really bad experience with a different company before - they sent me a messed up book and then had the nerve to try and make me pay for it, like what? So ever since then, I've stuck with this company because they're reliable and trustworthy. Huge thanks for making everything so easy!
Book purchase for student
Ordering the book was easy enough, but there was some confusion about needing separate logins for parents and students. It was kind of a hassle because my son had to use my login info to get to the book. It would have been great to have clearer instructions on how to set up separate logins and avoid this whole mix-up.

So we got this few months back and i bought my textbooks from here. Not just i got the really cheap deals but also the condition of used books is not that bad
it serves the whole purpose and i love it . Its really good solution which can save lot of time and money for students who don't want to waste too much of their efforts here
