Rosary beads
I've bought rosary beads from this company a bunch of times, and I've never been let down. The quality is always great, and I love that they have such a big variety to choose from. Their customer service is top-notch too. I had a problem with one of my orders, but they fixed it fast and with professionalism. Rosary beads
I just got some really awesome rosary beads from this shop and the whole process went pretty well! But man, I really wish I could choose a different delivery person because the Postal Service is going so slow lately. It's like, seriously unreliable right now because of Postmaster General Louis DeJoy. It's already mid-February and I'm starting to stress that I won't even get my beads until June. Hopefully they can come up with a better way to get things to us quickly.

Unfortunately, they told me if the original item arrived, I'd have to pay for return shipping to exchange it. Their lack of flexibility and customer service was disappointing, especially since I was willing to buy something else. Because of the lack of support and options they provided, I won't be shopping with them again.
Digital courses on a Catholic platform
I recently bought some digital courses on a Catholic platform and at first, I was super excited about the material. But then, when I tried to go back and access my courses, I was bummed to see that they had all disappeared without any warning. After digging around a bit, I found out that there was actually an expiration date on the content that wasn't mentioned upfront. It was pretty frustrating, especially since the courses were kind of pricey compared to physical books that you can keep forever.

The person I talked to was really helpful and was able to extend the expiration date on my courses by six months.
