Beautiful long-lasting flowers
I came across this amazing floral service when a friend sent me a beautiful bouquet from them after my daughter was born four years ago. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous, and I was really impressed by how well they were arranged and presented. Since then, I've used their service multiple times to send flowers to my friends and family, and every single one of them has been just as impressed as I was. Not only are the flowers visually stunning, but they also last a long time, which is pretty rare in the floral industry. I love the attention to detail that is put into each arrangement and the overall top-notch experience that this floral service offers. It's hands down the best floral service in the U.K. and even beyond.
Peony bouquet disappointment
I've been a customer of this company for a while now and I've always been impressed by the quality of their flowers. However, my recent order for a Peony bouquet didn't meet my expectations. When I contacted their customer service team, they were quick to respond and very helpful. They sent me a fresh bouquet of a different rose variety, which arrived on time and in great condition. The way the customer service team handled the situation was really impressive and I was grateful for their kindness. I will definitely keep supporting this company for their great service and beautiful flowers.
Red daisy purchase
I've been a fan of getting flowers from this company for a while now, but my recent order of red daisies left me a little let down. In the past, I've been really impressed with how each flower is individually wrapped, making them look really pretty and fragile. But this time they were all just thrown together in a bunch, and half of them ended up looking all weird. This was not what I've come to expect from them. But overall, I've always been happy with my orders and the gifts my friends have gotten from them. Hopefully they'll consider my feedback for the future.
Beautiful irises for home decor
I just got some amazing irises from this company to spruce up my home decor, and let me tell you, I was blown away. The flowers were delivered all classy and fancy looking, like opening a special gift. Not only were the irises beautiful, but there were a bunch of stems included in the bouquet, which was a nice surprise. I was able to spread them out in different vases around the house, and it looked fantastic. The flowers lasted for days and really made the place come alive. I definitely recommend this company if you want top-notch flowers to liven up your living area.
Flower delivery gift from granddaughter
I just got this amazing flower delivery as a gift from my granddaughter. The box showed up a little squished, but that wasn't the company's fault. Hydrangea bouquet delivery
I've had mostly good experiences with Flowerbx, but my recent order for a hydrangea bouquet didn't go well. The first three deliveries were perfect, but this time the bouquet never showed up. The delivery person said they tried to drop it off, but the tracking info proved otherwise. At first, the customer service didn't seem to care much, but when I sent a strong email, they quickly refunded my order and sent a new bouquet. For a high-end product like theirs, I shouldn't have to ask for better service. Despite this bump in the road, I still think Flowerbx is worth recommending for their gorgeous flowers and high-quality products.
Stunning flowers, no foliage, long-lasting
I recently ordered flowers online and I was so impressed by how beautiful they were. Unlike other bouquets I've gotten before, these ones had very little greenery, which I loved because I prefer a more simple and clean style. Red flowers as a gift
I bought this gorgeous bouquet of red flowers thinking it would look amazing, just like in the picture on the website. But when they finally came, they were actually this weird orange color instead of the bright red I was imagining. I get that colors can be a bit different, but this was really noticeable and a bit of a letdown. Plus, the flowers didn't even last that long and I had to end up throwing them away. 20 white roses
I recently bought 20 white roses from this company and I was really let down by what I got. I've been a loyal customer for over ten years and I've always loved the long-stemmed roses they sent me. But this time, I got medium-length roses instead. And not only that, the quality of the roses was a lot lower than what I'm used to. I always thought this brand had top-notch quality, but now I'm not so sure. The roses were smaller and just not up to par. It's sad to see a brand care more about money than making its customers happy.
Pink roses delivery
I got a whole bunch of pink roses to give my mom for her birthday and they were just stunning! The flowers were top-notch and they came in such cute packaging. The only downside was the delivery guy showed up when we weren't home and I couldn't reach anyone from the company to reschedule, which was a bummer. Delayed flower delivery for sister's wedding
I was really let down by the service I got from this company. They were supposed to deliver the flowers the day before my sister's wedding, but it's been five days and we still haven't gotten them. The lack of communication and how long it took for customer service to get back to me was really surprising, especially considering how much we paid for the flowers. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone who wants to give a special gift.
Three-month gift card for flowers
I got this gift card for three months of flower deliveries and was pretty pumped to have fresh flowers coming in on the regular. But man, when I finally got the flowers, they were kind of a letdown. They weren't any fancier or better quality than what I could have grabbed at the grocery store for way cheaper. I was expecting something more special and luxurious for the price of the gift card, you know? But these arrangements didn't wow me at all. Didn't feel like they were worth the money or live up to what I was hoping for.
