I have been a client of AlignerCo for the past year and I have to say, I am extremely pleased with their services. The process of ordering my aligners was simple and straightforward. The customer service team was extremely helpful and responsive whenever I had any questions or concerns.
The aligners themselves have been very comfortable to wear and I have already noticed a significant improvement in my teeth. The progress tracking system they have in place is also very convenient and helpful for monitoring my progress.

The clear aligner treatment process went really smoothly. I had some trouble with crowded teeth in the front bottom part, which made them bump and chip. But thanks to the treatment, my teeth aren't crowded anymore and the issue is fixed. The team at the company was great at keeping me in the loop and answering any questions I had. They really listened to what I had to say and made sure the treatment plan worked for me, so I got the results I wanted. Overall, I'm super happy with how everything turned out and I would definitely suggest this treatment to anyone else dealing with similar issues.
Affordable clear aligner
AlignerCo was great! Their customer service team really helped me out during my treatment. I had a lot of crowding on my bottom row, and some of my teeth were turning because of it. Even though the aligners were thin and got a couple cracks, my treatment went well, and I'm happy with how everything turned out. I've been using the retainers for over a year now, just wearing them overnight once or twice a week to keep up the results. I definitely suggest giving AlignerCo a shot!
Clear aligners purchase
I just got some clear aligners and my experience with the company was really good overall. At first, I had a hard time making my impressions right, but Jay Smith, the customer service rep, helped me out a lot and I eventually got it right after a few tries. The aligners came on time and they're already doing a great job straightening my teeth. I'd definitely suggest this company to anyone looking for clear aligners to fix their teeth.
Aligners, video session, trays too big, friend used before
I just had my video call with the person who got me started, and they were super nice and really explained everything well. I had an issue with the trays they sent me being too big, and it took a really long time to get new ones that actually fit. But the customer service was awesome and they were so helpful while I waited. My friend tried this company before and got great results, so I'm hopeful it works out for me too!
Treatment plan assistance
Ele was so awesome throughout the whole thing. She was always available for a chat and knew so much about the treatment plan process. I can't wait to see how it all turns out. She's been incredibly helpful and always there when I need her.
Aligner purchase
I just got myself some aligners and I gotta say, the service was pretty great. Christine, the person helping me out, was super friendly and made sure I understood everything going on. She handled my impressions like a pro and didn't mind answering all my questions. I felt really good about the whole experience and I really enjoyed chatting with Christine. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase and the service I got.

Clear aligners purchase
After worrying about the gaps in my teeth for so long, I finally bit the bullet and got some clear aligners to fix them. I found this awesome company that didn't break the bank and gave me great results. The instructions were simple and the customer service was fantastic. Now I can smile without feeling insecure about my teeth.
Incorrect tray size received
I just bought some impression trays and they turned out to be too big for my mouth. So, I decided to hit up customer service through chat and man, they really came through quick and helpful. In just about three minutes, they sorted out my problem, answered all my questions, and gave me all the info I needed.
Aligners were super easy
Dealing with them was a breeze. I'd definitely recommend them to my buddies! And the cost was amazing, much cheaper than the other places I checked out for my aligners.

Jay was awesome during our video chat! He did a great job explaining things and was really patient with me. I never would have figured it out without his help. He even managed to find time for me in his busy schedule, which I thought was really nice. I definitely suggest working with him!

Terrible customer service! poor product
Nighttime Aligners
Purchased nighttime aligners on 10/14/2022. Communication with company was incredibly difficult throughout the process. I have asked to speak to someone and have only been given the options to email with customer service. The language, descriptions, and, in general, email communications errors were constant prolonging each stage of the process. I asked at this stage if I could get a refund because of the complete loss in confidence of this company and was told a flat no, even though no product had begun to be fabricated or even scheduled for fabrication. The impressions I mailed into the company were received on 12/13/2022 after poor instructions and therefore a 6 week loss of the impressions. I was told in an email that they had arrived and a "smile projection will be with ...me... in about 2 weeks" which I did receive on 12/23/2022 and then approve on 1/8/2023. I was told that the aligners would be mailed in three weeks via email on 1/9/2023. On 2/9/23, 4.5 weeks later, I had to inquire if I missed an email notifying me of shipment. I was emailed on 2/10/2023 that the aligners are under fabrication and they will "expedite" the process. On 2/26/2023, I emailed again inquiring about the aligners arrival, no response to that email. I received my aligners on 2/28/2023 at my place of business which was never given to Alignerco but was in my signature line on emails (example of the poor customer service communication. Upon arrival, the lower aligners have an obvious defect in the fabrication that creates an over-hang of the plastic which rubbed and caused a sore on my tongue. I shared why I felt they were ill fitting and now they are asking that I pay for the shipping for a new set of impressions. I had to repeatedly explain this to the customer serviceperson... it felt like they were just replying with pre-formatted replies and sometimes that they were asking information that was on the email they were replying to. The original timeline AlignerCo estimates on their website is 5 weeks from the date they receive the impressions. I did take longer to approve the impressions because of the holidays and vacation, but it still took 8 weeks from that date. Their communication and instructions are terrible.
