Clear aligner treatment
The clear aligner treatment process went really smoothly. I had some trouble with crowded teeth in the front bottom part, which made them bump and chip. But thanks to the treatment, my teeth aren't crowded anymore and the issue is fixed. The team at the company was great at keeping me in the loop and answering any questions I had. They really listened to what I had to say and made sure the treatment plan worked for me, so I got the results I wanted. Overall, I'm super happy with how everything turned out and I would definitely suggest this treatment to anyone else dealing with similar issues.

Favorable resolution
I had a kinda bad experience with my order, but the seller really stepped up to fix it. They gave me the option of a full refund or a replacement, but since the product wasn't totally ruined, they gave me a 50% refund and even threw in three extra boxes for free. I'm really impressed with how they handled everything and grateful for their awesome customer service.

Purchased a 1.64 carat round solitaire VVS2 diamond ring with setting
My experience was actually really good. I talked to this gem expert they had on staff and picked out this gorgeous ring. Even though there was a mix-up with the delivery address, Friendly Diamonds fixed it right away and I got my ring with no issues. I'd definitely think about buying from them again.

My order took much longer than expected, but I have to say that they kept me informed the whole time, that's the only reason why I don't give them 5 stars in delivery. They emailed me letting me know that there was an issue with the carrier and that it would take a few more days to arrive. Of course I wanted to receive it sooner but hey! I know that shipping companies are independent, so it really wasn't Vibrosculpt's fault, and it would be kind of silly of me to say that they're a "scam" just because it took longer.
After I got finally mine, I ordered an extra set of pads. Those were lost (again, by the carrier *sigh*), the shipping company said it was delivered, but I never got them. So I contacted Vibro asking for a refund, and they explained that in the cases where a package is lost, they don't refund, they simply reship (Cool!) so I filed a claim with the carrier, sent them the claim number, and they reshipped the package right away.
Yeah, my orders were a bit more delayed than I expected, but overall, they did everything in their power to help me out with each situation.
I'd give the shipping companies 1 star LOL but Vibro's definitely between 4 and 5 stars :)So how was the product? Did it work or not?

DO NOT ORDER from this company. I submitted an order in May 25. Today is July 16 and have yet to receive it. I have a feeling it will be end of summer by the time I get it, if ever. The only contact info available to inquire is an email and there is no response. Tracking # provided goes nowhere. I will absolutely not be ordering from them again.
