    If you're in need of a password manager that truly makes your digital security easier, definitely avoid this one. You'll end up frustrated trying to find the right password for each website since this app can't keep things neat. The customer support suggestion? Manually delete old passwords. Who has time for that? It would be so much better if this app just stored one password per website domain unless I say otherwise. It's really annoying!

    Difficult account deletion process

    I had such a frustrating time trying to delete my account with this password manager. I found the software difficult to use and realized it wasn't the best choice for me. When I tried to delete my account, it became a hassle. NordPass asked for so much proof, like email confirmations, payment receipts, and different file formats for the receipts. Even though I gave them everything they asked for, they still didn't delete my account. It left me feeling annoyed and worried about the safety of my personal information.
