    Black business suit

    I just bought a black business suit from their website, and I've got to tell you, I am super impressed with how high-quality it is. The suit fits me like a glove and the material is top of the line. I felt really confident and put-together wearing it to my big business meeting. Their website has a great selection, with lots of different styles and sizes to pick from. The customer service team was awesome and quick to respond when I had a question about sizing. All in all, I am really happy with my purchase and will definitely be coming back here to shop again.

    Easy to use, great value, poor customer service, booking site down, delayed response

    I just bought this pass that I thought was super easy to use and a great deal for my family. It made visiting different attractions a piece of cake, and we got to see so much of the city. But, dealing with customer service was a letdown. I tried to reserve a spot at the Empire State Building, but the website was down for hours. When I finally emailed them, it took 12 days to hear back - way after my trip was over.

    I booked my flight on this super cool website that allows you to choose the best deals. It was so easy, you know? I found a really cheap flight to go visit my grandma and grandpa, and I was so excited! The website was really easy to use, and I even got to choose my seat on the plane. It was awesome!

    100 / 48V battery purchase

    I was kinda on the fence about buying a 100 / 48V battery because I had a bad experience with an online purchase before. But then I saw they were having a sale on the website, so I figured I'd give it another shot. The whole ordering process went pretty smoothly, and the website said they had the item in stock. Even though I was a little skeptical because of what happened in the past, I went ahead and placed my order. Unfortunately, the delivery got delayed and the tracking info they gave me wasn't even valid in North America. It started feeling like one of those bait and switch deals. But after waiting a bit, the battery finally showed up and I was pleasantly surprised. It was packaged really well and the quality was top-notch, even better than I was expecting.

    Replacement dots

    I tried to get some replacement dots for my product not too long ago. I reached out to customer service, but it's been three weeks and I haven't heard back yet. I gotta say, the whole thing has been pretty disappointing. If I had known it would be this hard to get replacement dots, I probably wouldn't have bought the product in the first place. It's frustrating to spend money on something and then not get the help you need when things don't go as planned.

    Large Suitcase

    I loved my suitcase until I took it on holiday and the wheel broke. I wrote to Jessica Simpson about the suitcase, completed all the forms and send photos as the case was still in its warranty. My replacement still hasn’t arrived and it’s been since November 2022. I even informed them of my next holiday which was February 2023. They said dispatch would be 6-8 weeks, so I would get it before I went away. I obviously didn’t and had to buy a new case, whilst I was still waiting for my old one. I repeatedly send emails and they get passed around. But still no sign of my replacement. Very upset and hope someone can let me know when I will be having it delivered.

    Thought I was purchasing a new electric fireplace. It arrived in a used, tattered, and retaped box; and the styrofoam surrounding the stove was cracked and torn... also, it arrived with no legs

    We purchased an electric fireplace. It came with a part broken. We quickly and promptly received a replacement, so we were very happy with the customer service. Our only suggestion would be for the company to mark "Handle with Care" and/or "Fragile" on the shipping - maybe better packaging or a better shipping company. The replacement came undamaged but the box had a big gash in it.

    Two t-shirts

    Never received order. Waited. Requested refund but was told they would not do anything to rectify the issue. Won’t return phone call, no one will answer the phone to resolve and so I’m out $56 and have no product. Terrible customer service. Buyer beware!

    Terrible customer service!!!!! Sizing is inaccurate and misleading. No response from their customer service department when attempting to confirm a return as directed on the website. four attempts without a response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
