Gift card issue
I got this gift card a long time ago, and I can't find it anywhere! Finally found it, but it won't work online. I asked for help back in September, but now it's October and still haven't heard back, except for a robot email saying they're behind. I'm so frustrated!

Vacation clothing purchase
I just bought something for my vacation, but it showed up late and didn't fit like I thought it would. On top of that, they charged me way too much for shipping. And to make things even worse, the customer service was not helpful at all, almost rude. All in all, my experience with this company has been super disappointing.

I just picked up these adorable earrings from Tuke Bazaar and I'm obsessed! They're so different and give me major fashion vibes every time I put them on. The quality is top-notch and they came in the cutest little package super fast. I'm definitely going to browse through more of their items because I was seriously blown away by these earrings.

Unique and well-made watch
I just bought this really cool watch and I'm super happy with it. The watch is gorgeous and I really appreciate the work that went into making it. I had to get some more links for the band and the customer service was amazing. They got back to me quickly and gave me exactly what I needed. Ordering was easy, and the people working there were so nice and helpful. I'm really impressed with both the watch and the service from the company. I'll definitely be buying from them again.

Book I ordered
I finally got the book I ordered in the mail. It took so long to arrive, like seriously forever. I was surprised it came from that other place I wasn't expecting. I thought I was buying it directly from the store's website. Kind of a bummer, but at least I have my book now.

Two children's jackets
I've been a customer of this company for a while now, but I gotta be honest, my last experience really let me down. Back on October 5th, I ordered two jackets for my kids. They took my payment, but I never got an order number or confirmation email, and the jackets never showed up. I tried to contact customer service, but they were closed, so I couldn't get any help. This whole lack of communication has been super frustrating and definitely changed my opinion of this company, which used to be pretty good.

Software troubleshooting assistance
I had some trouble getting the software to work right, but the customer service I got was really great. The rep went out of their way to help me fix the problem and make sure I could use the software properly. It was nice to talk to someone who really cared about helping customers. I appreciate all the help from the customer service team.

Three Wine Co. Field Blend purchase
OMG! I just got my hands on the Three Wine Co. Field Blend the other day and it was seriously amazing! I needed a break after watching my grandkids, so I cracked open that bottle. The aroma was unreal and the flavor was top-notch - I could totally pick up on the raspberry notes they mentioned. It was just so satisfying and tasty, I'm already looking forward to getting more and testing out their other wines!

Recent order
So, I ordered some stuff from this place and it was a disaster. They did some kind of upgrade that messed up everyone's Auto-Ship orders, which really wasn't cool. They didn't even bother to inform us about it, we had to figure it out ourselves and give them a call. And then it was a nightmare trying to get through on the phone because they were incredibly behind. Seriously, just be upfront about what's happening! It was a major letdown. Most companies would have informed us about the situation, but not this one.
