I’ve actually bought five of their watches because I like the style and they just work for what I need — something sharp for work and travel. One of them needed an extra link though, my wrists are bigger and I wanted a comfy fit. They offered two links plus shipping for about $15, which did the job, but felt a bit stingy after I’d already spent a lot with them. The watch itself is great and arrived fast, colors and build are solid. The annoyance was the radio silence after I emailed them, and that petty-feeling charge. Not perfect, but I’ll still use them.
Pretty watch, messy shipping
"we're not shipping this week, we're moving." Classic. This was my second time ordering and the story repeated — charged me $50 for one-day delivery, promised dates that didn't mean much, then sudden cancellations. Still, when the watch finally showed up I actually laughed a little — it looked better than the photos and fit nicely, so that’s the moment I knew I was satisfied. Customer service? Meh, could be a lot clearer. Tip: call them before you pay for express. And hey, if they ever read this, maybe tell people you're moving — or maybe just move to Texas, who knows.
Mid-delivery, surprisingly satisfied
office, gym, walks with the dog, sleeping through. Battery lasted longer than I thought, the strap fits without fuss — a small surprise. So mixed bag: product is solid, process needs work, but in daily use it does the job.
Gifted then trouble
I wear this watch every day. Got it as a gift at Christmas and at first it was fine. Within two months I had to replace the battery and paid a hundred bucks. That sucked. After that the hands started bumping into each other. The shop fixed that for free. A month later the clasp bent. No idea how. I emailed customer service and they sounded helpful at first — quick replies, promises of a replacement. Then silence. I sent about a dozen follow ups. Nothing. I tried to bend the clasp back myself and it sort of worked. Later the hands even fell off the rotor. The watch still tells time when it wants to. Useful, but fragile and the post-sale support was unreliable. Delivery was fine though, arrived on time. I still use it for work and quick errands, so it has value.
Pretty watch, messy follow-up
I first noticed this on my sister’s wrist and she tipped me off, so when someone gifted it to me I was actually excited. It wears nicely — decent weight, lies flat, feels a bit upscale without being flashy. Two months in I paid $100 for a battery, which already rubbed me wrong, and then two days later the hands started colliding. Repair guy said he’d fix it free, which he sort of did for a month, and I thought okay. Then the clasp bent out for no good reason; I emailed customer service and they were friendly at first, promised a replacement, then ghosted me after my reply. I tried bending the clasp back myself (it sort of worked) until the hands fell off the rotor a week later. I wear watches every day so this was more annoying than sad. A few laughs about it now, but mostly just disappointed.

“micro brand,” “cheap,” they said. Two different places turned me away. So I contacted customer service and got basically, “It’s discontinued, sorry.” They offered a discount on a new purchase. That felt like a shrug, not a solution — why sell something you won’t support? Mildly disappointed. If you value good delivery and nice presentation, fine, but don’t expect decent repair support.
Low-quality watches
I bought a watch from this company recently, and I have to say I was really disappointed with the quality. It seemed like it was made poorly, and I noticed a defect in how it was made. When I contacted customer service about it, they just told me to buy another watch at a discount instead of taking responsibility for their product. This really upset me and I think people should save their money and find a company that cares about their customers and the quality of their products.
Reclaimed wooden watch with small fit
I recently bought this awesome watch that's made from reclaimed wood and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how cool and unique it looks. But I was a bit bummed when I found out the watch was kinda small on my wrist, so I needed to add some extra links to make it fit better. Dealing with customer service to get those extra links was a bit of a pain, they took forever to get back to me. Even with that hiccup, I always get compliments on the watch and I love that it's made from bourbon barrels, especially since I enjoy bourbon myself.
Watch order
I just ordered a watch from this company, but I wasn't too happy with how things went. They confirmed my order and charged my credit card right away, but after that, it all went downhill. I had a lot of trouble getting in touch with them and my order took forever to process. Even after sending a bunch of emails trying to figure out what was going on, it took them five whole days to tell me there was an inventory issue. It was really frustrating not knowing what was happening.
Whiskey espresso barrel watch
I just got the whiskey espresso barrel watch and I gotta say, I'm really happy with it. It took a little longer to get here than I thought it would, but once it arrived, the packaging was really nice. The watch looks amazing and fits just right on my wrist. I've gotten a lot of compliments from my friends and family about how good it looks.
My watch broke
My mom gave me this really cool watch as a gift but then it broke! The little metal piece inside it fell off and got stuck. I tried to get it fixed, but they wouldn't do it. They told me I had to buy a new one for $120! So frustrating.
Small watches, need more links
I picked up this watch but it's too small for my wrist and I need to get some more links for it. I really like the watch, but it seems like they're dragging their feet on helping me out until after the 15-day return window has passed. I wish they would just give me the extra links so I can wear it comfortably. It's kind of aggravating and I really wish they made watches in regular sizes for guys like me.
Whiskey black watch purchase
I just bought the whiskey black watch for my boyfriend and he really liked it a lot! This watch is not only cool and stylish, but it's got that extra somethin' special with the wood from a whiskey barrel in the design. It was just the right gift 'cause he's a big whiskey fan and really values good craftsmanship. I gotta say, the quality of the materials and the little details in the design really caught my eye. I'm super impressed with this product, overall.
Affordable and great looking watch
I recently bought a watch from this company and I'm a bit bummed out with how things have been going. I've been checking out their stuff for a while and finally found a nice watch at a good price on their website. After I went through the checkout process, I was told that it would take 4-7 business days to arrive. But it's been almost a month now and still no watch. Customer service is taking forever to get back to me and all they say is that my watch is at the warehouse waiting to be shipped with no other info. It's frustrating not knowing when I'll get my order after waiting for so long. I'm usually patient with shipping delays, but the lack of updates just ain't cutting it for me. If this keeps up, I might have to ask for a refund.

I bought a watch at this store because it looked really nice and well-made, but I was pretty bummed out by the customer service. multiple watches, iwatch band, ring
My husband and I have bought a bunch of stuff from this company - watches, an iwatch band, and a ring. People always tell us how nice they look, and we agree that the craftsmanship is top notch. My husband especially likes sharing the stories behind his military watch and ring. We did have a small issue with one watch, but the customer service team took care of us. When we let them know about a waterproof watch that wasn't sealed properly, they gave us the choice of a refund or a replacement. They didn't have the original color, but we found a new one that my husband really liked. Overall, we're happy with what we got and plan to keep coming back as loyal customers.
Unique and well-made watch
I just bought this really cool watch and I'm super happy with it. The watch is gorgeous and I really appreciate the work that went into making it. I had to get some more links for the band and the customer service was amazing. They got back to me quickly and gave me exactly what I needed. Ordering was easy, and the people working there were so nice and helpful. I'm really impressed with both the watch and the service from the company. I'll definitely be buying from them again.
OG watch gift
My husband is really into watches, so I decided to surprise him with an OG watch, and now he has a whole collection of them. People are always asking where he found them because they are seriously cool. I just wish they weren't so pricey, 'cause you know, saving money is a big deal. But we usually just wait for sales to snag some new ones for our collection. The watches are so cool and unique with the mix of wood and metal.
Watch
I had a problem with a mistake a rep made at this company. I wasn't happy with how it was fixed at first, so I left a review saying so. But then, out of the blue, one of the co-founders got in touch with me and really went above and beyond to make things right. I was so impressed with the way they took care of me as a customer. It totally changed my opinion of the brand. I'll definitely keep buying from them as I add more watches to my collection.
