I came across Wine Access while I was on the hunt for some unique and rare wines that I just couldn't seem to find anywhere else. Let me tell you, their selection is unmatched. I was blown away by the quality and the variety of wines they had to offer. And the best part? The prices were pretty reasonable for such exclusive wines. Plus, their delivery process was top-notch - my wines showed up in perfect shape and right on time.

Don't even bother with any other wine stores, Wine Access is where it's at. The prices on their specialty wines are unmatched and their customer service is seriously amazing. They've got deals every day for every palate and budget, not to mention their regular stock is seriously impressive. I've been a loyal customer for years and I can't even fathom shopping anywhere else.
Amazing selection of fancy wines
There are a ton of fancy wines at this place that have these crazy names I can't even say right, but man, they taste amazing! They got wines from all over the world that you don't see at your run-of-the-mill store. I even joined their wine club and now they send me a mystery box every month!

I've been shopping with this online wine shop for a long time now, and let me tell you, their customer service is amazing. There was only one time when the wine I got didn't quite match the description, but Wine Access was right on it, giving me a full credit for my next order. The customer service crew is super friendly, helpful, and really goes out of their way to make sure I'm happy. Actually, when that mix-up happened, they didn't wait for me to say anything - they saw my review and reached out with the credit.

Fantastic wine selection
I really love the wine selection at this place! They always have new and exciting wines to try. Like that Alma Rosa chardonnay from Richard Sanford - it was just divine. And those old vine zinfandels from Santa Rosa are always popular. I've also found some amazing Australian and Argentinian wines here. I've been coming here for over 2 years and I'm always impressed with the quality and variety of wines they have. Keep it up!
Awesome wine selection
I love all the different types of wine they offer! They've got wines from all over the place, which is awesome. Their customer service is amazing - they always go out of their way to help me and are super friendly. The only downside is that I can't have as many bottles shipped to my state as I'd like. It's a real bummer!
Three Wine Co. Field Blend purchase
OMG! I just got my hands on the Three Wine Co. Field Blend the other day and it was seriously amazing! I needed a break after watching my grandkids, so I cracked open that bottle. The aroma was unreal and the flavor was top-notch - I could totally pick up on the raspberry notes they mentioned. It was just so satisfying and tasty, I'm already looking forward to getting more and testing out their other wines!
Wine Selection
I just bought some new wines from Wine Access to add to my collection. Ordering was easy and I could quickly see all the main wines they offer. But the selection from the wine specialists was a bit confusing. It was hard to find what I was looking for without clear labels or categories. Also, I kept getting logged out of the website and had to keep logging back in while I was browsing.
Good valued wines disappearing
The changes they made to the website really messed up my whole Wine Access experience. I used to love getting good deals on cases of wine from them, but ever since they switched up the website design, it's been slim pickings. It looks like they're more focused on different kinds of wines now, which just don't do it for me like they used to. It's a total bummer, since I used to count on Wine Access for their awesome selection of budget-friendly, top-notch wines.
Variety of wines
Wine Access has a fantastic variety of wines, especially in the more budget-friendly range. I've pretty much loved every bottle I've snagged. Their team has been super helpful with any shipping problems I've run into. Being in a sunny area, I'm grateful for the special packaging choices to keep the wine safe in the hot months.
White Burgundy purchase
I've had good experiences with Wine Access as a supplier, but some of their descriptions of wines seem a little exaggerated. Not every California Cabernet is as amazing as they make it out to be. I get that they're trying to sell the wines, so it's all good. I just wish they had more affordable Burgundy options, especially under $100. The white Burgundies I've bought from them have been really nice, though.
Amazing products and prices
The stuff they have here is so awesome, I can't even believe it! The prices are really good and the quality is top of the line. But I had a little bit of a scare with the delivery. I picked UPS and they wouldn't let my neighbor sign for it, which was a real letdown. I had to make sure I was home when they stopped by, which was kind of stressful.
Minor add-on fee
As a customer shopping for wine, I gotta say I wasn't too thrilled about that extra fee they added on at the end. It just felt like an unnecessary hassle, kinda like those annoying baggage fees you get with airlines. I get that they need insurance for deliveries, but it would've been way better if they just included that cost in the overall price of the bottle. That little fee really rubbed me the wrong way, so I ended up ditching my purchase altogether.
