Half-asleep, I tore it open — arrived fast, packaging messy, great for coffee.
smooth but slow
Checkout was simple, but it took longer today.
Address hiccup
I tried it this morning; impression was smooth, but my address was wrong and I couldn't fix it, annoying, yet it mostly works.
Random lucky find
Bought a two-year run wine; pours smooth, lighter than expected, glad I snagged one after searching around.
Moving-day bubbly flop
Packed these for a messy moving-day celebration—felt like a reward. Bottles were off, tasted awful. Delivery was fast though, customer service eventually replied, phew.
Last-minute lifesaver
Needed drinks for hosting — quick delivery, good selection, really saved me.
Relief after address mix-up
I only relaxed when I finally held the bottles—after a mix-up on their Dutch partner's end had my address messed up. Courier wasn't the problem. Glad it worked out, but I wish they'd double-check partners next time, saved me a trip.
Didn't expect the silence
So I nearly canceled because I couldn't get anyone on support beforehand. I sent a couple messages and... crickets. Shipping said two days but took longer, so that sucked. Weirdly the item itself was better than I expected, so that surprised me. If you're thinking of ordering, maybe plan for delays and don't rely on quick help.
Glad they helped, but late shipment
glad Vivino fixed things — made me actually relieved. I ordered wine for an upcoming trip, expected the usual 48‑hour dispatch, but it didn’t ship so I had to cancel. Customer support was straightforward, helpful, refunded as promised; problem was the seller, not Vivino. First impression after contact was positive, surprised but relieved it worked out.
Deals that won me over
I almost skipped ordering — wasn't sure which seller to trust, and I had a few bad experiences elsewhere, but after trying Vivino a couple times my doubts faded. Some retailers are hit-or-miss, yet when it's sold by World of Wine I snatch it. UPS is quick; FedEx, not so much.
Good Pomerol, messy delivery
I first saw this bottle on a tiny online shop and bought it after my buddy kept going on about it; I even told my sister to give it a go. The wine is really nice, proper Pomerol character, worth buying. Delivery was annoying though — got a "delivered" message when nothing was there, then had to wait, courier changed and it showed up nearly a week later. A bit worrying but the wine itself is solid.
Liked it, support killed the vibe
I almost didn't buy this — I saw it on Instagram after a coworker sent the link. The product looked good and delivery was actually quick, so my product doubts faded. But customer support... ugh. They emailed me a 30% first-time coupon after I ordered, then blocked it when I tried to use it. Emails felt robotic and I got the run-around, no real help, so yeah, pretty disappointed.
Mostly happy, annoyed by shipping
I wasn’t sure about buying at first — past orders with carriers running slow made me nervous, and I needed this for everyday use at home and during my freelance gigs, so timing mattered. I went ahead anyway because the price was reasonable. The item itself works as expected, but communication was poor; I only heard it shipped when FedEx sent a delivery alert. Transit then crawled for several days, which messed up my plans. So my pre-purchase doubts about shipping turned out valid, even if the product is okay.
Wine purchase
My experience with the delivery process at Vivino was really disappointing. I ordered some wine and asked for a delay in delivery, but I never got a response to my request. The wine was coming all the way from California and took a whole week to get to me in hot 100-degree weather, which was pretty upsetting. On top of that, I couldn't get any updates on the delivery, which made me even more frustrated. I was worried about the wine being exposed to such extreme heat during transit, especially since I had specifically ordered ice packs to keep it cool, but it seemed like they were completely ignored. Overall, the delivery experience fell short and left a lot to be desired.
Awesome moldovan wine
I was able to try the Lupii wine from Gitana Winery in Moldova and let me tell you, it is amazing! This red blend is so smooth and has a lot of Cabernet in it. It's like a yummy treat in a glass. I'm thrilled that I found it on this website and can have it delivered right to my doorstep.
Bought some wines
I ordered some wines a while ago, but I still haven't gotten them. Can you believe it? The delivery guy claims he couldn't find my place and never even knocked on my door. The app says my order was delivered, but it definitely wasn't. And to top it off, I can't even get ahold of a real person for help, just that stupid chatbot. So frustrating!
Wine purchase
In general, I was happy with how my wine delivery went. But, I gotta say, it was kinda annoying that someone had to be 21 years old to sign for it. It would be nice if they could offer more options for delivery. Even with that small issue, the wine I got was really good quality.
Easy wine purchase
So, ya know, I was really diggin' this app that shot me a message sayin' I should snag this wine I was talkin' about. That was pretty cool, so I was like, "Sure, let's give it a go!" I just had to tap a couple buttons on the app, and BAM, three days later, the wine arrives at my doorstep! It was seriously the simplest wine buyin' experience ever, no stress whatsoever. It was awesome, man.
Christmas orders and year-round shopping
Vivino is where I always go for all my wine needs. Whether I'm buying wine for Christmas or just wanting to try something different throughout the year, Vivino never lets me down. The shipping is always fast and trustworthy, and the customer service is excellent. I really enjoy reading the customer reviews on the site; they help me find new wines and expand my taste preferences.
Australian wine purchase
I recently bought a bottle of Australian wine from Vivino and it was amazing. I first tried this wine when my son brought it back from England, and I was really impressed with how good it was. After looking into it more on Vivino, I got a really good deal to buy the same bottle. The price was really good and they even threw in free delivery. I ended up getting The Black Stump, Durif Shiraz 2021, and I just had to take advantage of the offer. Ordering online was super easy, and my delivery came even earlier than expected. All in all, my first experience buying from Vivino was excellent.
