Wine purchase
My experience with the delivery process at Vivino was really disappointing. I ordered some wine and asked for a delay in delivery, but I never got a response to my request. The wine was coming all the way from California and took a whole week to get to me in hot 100-degree weather, which was pretty upsetting. On top of that, I couldn't get any updates on the delivery, which made me even more frustrated. I was worried about the wine being exposed to such extreme heat during transit, especially since I had specifically ordered ice packs to keep it cool, but it seemed like they were completely ignored. Overall, the delivery experience fell short and left a lot to be desired.
Awesome moldovan wine
I was able to try the Lupii wine from Gitana Winery in Moldova and let me tell you, it is amazing! This red blend is so smooth and has a lot of Cabernet in it. It's like a yummy treat in a glass. I'm thrilled that I found it on this website and can have it delivered right to my doorstep.
Bought some wines
I ordered some wines a while ago, but I still haven't gotten them. Can you believe it? The delivery guy claims he couldn't find my place and never even knocked on my door. The app says my order was delivered, but it definitely wasn't. And to top it off, I can't even get ahold of a real person for help, just that stupid chatbot. So frustrating!
Wine purchase
In general, I was happy with how my wine delivery went. But, I gotta say, it was kinda annoying that someone had to be 21 years old to sign for it. It would be nice if they could offer more options for delivery. Even with that small issue, the wine I got was really good quality.
Easy wine purchase
So, ya know, I was really diggin' this app that shot me a message sayin' I should snag this wine I was talkin' about. That was pretty cool, so I was like, "Sure, let's give it a go!" I just had to tap a couple buttons on the app, and BAM, three days later, the wine arrives at my doorstep! It was seriously the simplest wine buyin' experience ever, no stress whatsoever. It was awesome, man.

Vivino is where I always go for all my wine needs. Whether I'm buying wine for Christmas or just wanting to try something different throughout the year, Vivino never lets me down. The shipping is always fast and trustworthy, and the customer service is excellent. I really enjoy reading the customer reviews on the site; they help me find new wines and expand my taste preferences.
Australian wine purchase
I recently bought a bottle of Australian wine from Vivino and it was amazing. I first tried this wine when my son brought it back from England, and I was really impressed with how good it was. After looking into it more on Vivino, I got a really good deal to buy the same bottle. The price was really good and they even threw in free delivery. I ended up getting The Black Stump, Durif Shiraz 2021, and I just had to take advantage of the offer. Ordering online was super easy, and my delivery came even earlier than expected. All in all, my first experience buying from Vivino was excellent.
Poor customer service experience
I had a bad experience with this company. Their customer service department was not helpful at all. I tried to cancel my order before it was sent out, but no one got back to me. I felt out of the loop since I didn't know what was going on with my order. It was annoying to only get a tracking number after my order was already on its way. In general, their customer service was not good at all.
Amarone wine price comparison
I always check out Vivino before buying any wine, and I gotta say they really came through for me again. I was at the store the other day and saw an Amarone wine that looked like a steal. But then I hopped on Vivino and found out it was actually just the regular price. It just goes to show how important it is to use Vivino as a tool before buying any wine.
Great deal, Chardonnay case, fast delivery, free shipping, highly recommended
I just bought a case of Chardonnay from this wine store and let me tell you, I was really impressed by my whole experience. Delayed Delivery Fiasco
I recently bought something on Vivino and asked them to hold off on delivering it until I got back from vacation. But for some reason, they went ahead and sent it out right away, and it just sat at a UPS office for about 10 days. I was pretty bummed and inconvenienced by this lack of attention to my request. When I tried to cancel the order and get my money back, it took me almost 5 days and a bunch of emails and phone calls to finally sort things out. The whole situation made me start to wonder if Vivino's customer service is slipping. It definitely wasn't the awesome experience I was expecting from them.
Specific wine from California
Ever since we moved to Georgia, my wife and I have been trying to track down this one wine from California that she really likes. We searched high and low at different stores, but no luck. So, we decided to give online shopping a shot. And guess what? The prices online were pretty much the same as what we used to pay in California. We placed our order and, lo and behold, the wine showed up at our doorstep within a week. It was such a relief to finally get our hands on that wine. Overall, it was a really smooth experience and we were over the moon to have found what we were looking for.

Late delivery, lack of communication
I was so excited to get this product I ordered, but man, the delivery was taking forever! After waiting around for four days with no sign of it, I finally decided to give customer service a ring. They told me it would come the next day, so I sat tight at home all day waiting. But would you believe it didn't show up until Friday? I just think if a company is using a courier, they should be on top of things and give us customers a heads up on when to expect our stuff.
Wine purchases after negative experience with previous vendor
After a bad experience with another wine seller, I decided to try out Vivino for buying my wine. I've been using Vivino for a while just to check out what other users think about different wines. But when Underground Cellar suddenly closed and left me hanging, I decided to give Vivino a shot for actually buying my wine. And let me tell you, it's been great. Vivino keeps track of your orders really well and makes sure they get shipped on time. If there are any hiccups, they're quick to let you know. I totally recommend giving Vivino a go - you won't be let down.

I gotta tell you, the customer service I got from this company was really something else. I haven't experienced anything like it in years. Incorrect Wine Received
I just bought 6 bottles of a special kind of wine from a famous Chateau, but they sent me a cheaper version by mistake. I'm bummed out because it's not what I wanted at all. I tried reaching out to customer service using the chatbot, but it didn't really solve my problem.
Customer service experience
I was pretty disappointed with the customer service experience at Vivino. It's a bummer that there's no way to reach out for help through the app or website. The chat bot seems fake and doesn't really connect you with a real person or create a support ticket. This lack of direct communication with support can be super frustrating when you have problems with your orders. Plus, the app updates so often, like every 5-10 minutes, which is annoying.<br><br>Basically, if you're not buying wine from Vivino, the app works fine. But if you do buy wine and something goes wrong, like missing or broken bottles, or your whole order doesn't show up, you're out of luck. It's disappointing that they don't offer better support and take responsibility for these issues, which makes it hard to trust their service.
Wine bottle scanning app
The wine bottle scanning app used to be amazing, but lately, it's been a hassle. The camera doesn't recognize the bottles accurately, so I have to keep snapping pics to get the info I need. It's a letdown to see this feature performing worse now when it used to be so efficient. But at least the reviews and pricing info on the app are still solid and useful.

I used to really enjoy this app for learning all about wine, but now it's all jumbled up with irritating ads. I guess the original creators must have taken off because now it's just a pain to use. I'm definitely going to stick with The Wine Society instead!
