Erica Ray, one of their tax registration processors, totally nailed it and did a fantastic job getting us all set up. I'm really impressed with TradeInn's service and pricing. I've used them twice now to buy a hard-to-find product that I couldn't get in the UK. Express delivery order not received
I ordered something from this company and paid extra for express shipping. But here we are, more than 5 business days later, and the delivery service hasn't even gotten my package. I'm pretty bummed about how little contact there's been from them explaining the hold-up. There's no way to cancel the order on their website, so now I have to reach out to their customer service to get it done. All in all, it's been a frustrating shopping ordeal and I'm definitely not going to shop there again.

Dog sitting services
Tesa did such a great job looking after our dogs while we were gone. She came early to meet the pups and go over everything we needed her to do. Tesa was super prepared, especially when one of our dogs wasn't feeling well. She gave them their medicine and knew just what to do if it happened again. When we got back, the house was tidy, the dogs were smiling, and everything was in its place. We'll definitely have her take care of our dogs again next time.

The platform should really step up their game with checking out the products they promote as healthy. Sometimes those items are actually from big companies but under a different name, so they might not be as good for you as they claim. It would be nice if they were more transparent about this. They do have a lot of products and services to offer, but if they were more careful with vetting their products, it would make the customer experience even better.

I was really let down by the service I got from this company. I had ordered flowers for my niece who was in the hospital and paid extra for next-day delivery. But then three days went by and I hadn't heard anything from my niece, so I decided to call customer service. The first person I talked to didn't know what was going on and had to pass me off to someone else. The second person told me that because they had a lot of orders, my flowers didn't get delivered like they were supposed to. This was just not okay, especially since my niece was hurting and I was trying to cheer her up. What if she had already left the hospital by the time the flowers finally got there?

I clicked on this website for some Cheap Flights and man oh man, the prices they had were too good to be true! I went ahead and filled in all my deets, but then I got a call from this person with a real thick accent saying the price I saw wasn't gonna cut it, and I had to fork over almost three times as much cash for the same flight. I was not happy, let me tell you. I said no way to their new offer, but now I'm worried about my personal info being safe. It's shady and not right for a company to pull a stunt like that. I won't be using their service ever again, that's for sure.

So, I was thinking about getting this spy software to keep an eye on things, but man, it was a total letdown. I followed all the steps to install it on my Windows PC like they said, but I ran into a bunch of problems. So, back in February, I ordered some bedside tables online. They're nice and all, but they don't match my room like I thought they would. I contacted customer service in August to ask for a refund. At first, they were all for it, starting the process and all. But then they said, "Oops, too much time has passed, can't give you a refund." What a joke! The tables are brand new, untouched, and they're selling them at full price online still! Not cool. Why can't they just give me my money back? It wouldn't hurt them at all. Their customer service stinks, so I won't be shopping there again. But then they reached out after I left a review and said, "Okay, we'll give you a refund now." So, I guess that's something.
