I bought a unicorn pop up card for my friend, but the confetti was a total fail! It all fell out in a big clump, and she had no clue what it was supposed to be. Such a disappointment!
Disappointed first purchase
I just got my first order from this company, a box for my brother's 30th birthday, and I gotta say, I was pretty let down. I was looking forward to a sturdier box that could fit more stuff, but what I got for £10 wasn't cutting it. It definitely fell short of my expectations. Man, I made a huge mistake and sent my Boomf box and gift to the wrong address. Oops, my bad! But you know what? Customer service was amazing! I sent them an email as soon as I realized what I did, and Will replied really quickly. He found my order and sorted everything out for me. Their customer service is top-notch!
