Personalized cards, missing delivery
I just ordered two personalized cards for different people, but only one was delivered. What made it even more irritating was there wasn't an option to send them to separate addresses at checkout. When I contacted customer service, I got automated responses that didn't help at first. Finally, after talking to another representative, I got a refund for the missing card. However, I was let down that they didn't apologize for the inconvenience or missing the special occasion the card was for. This whole thing has me thinking twice about using this service again.
Chocolate card with confetti
I bought a chocolate card with confetti from this company, but I was really let down by the experience. The confetti was supposed to come out of the card, but it just didn't work at all. I was hoping for a fun surprise, but it was a total bust. The quality of the product just wasn't what I was expecting.

I bought a unicorn pop up card for my friend, but the confetti was a total fail! It all fell out in a big clump, and she had no clue what it was supposed to be. Such a disappointment!

I just got my first order from this company, a box for my brother's 30th birthday, and I gotta say, I was pretty let down. I was looking forward to a sturdier box that could fit more stuff, but what I got for £10 wasn't cutting it. It definitely fell short of my expectations. I was hoping for better quality, especially since it was for a special occasion. Unfortunately, I won't be shopping with them again at that high price.

Man, I made a huge mistake and sent my Boomf box and gift to the wrong address. Oops, my bad! But you know what? Customer service was amazing! I sent them an email as soon as I realized what I did, and Will replied really quickly. He found my order and sorted everything out for me. Their customer service is top-notch!

I bought a birthday confetti box for my oldest child's 18th birthday party. I was really looking forward to giving them a fun surprise, but when the box came, it was all squished up in one corner. Because of that, the confetti didn't fall like it was supposed to. I was so let down because I was hoping for something awesome to make my child's big birthday extra special.
