I bought something online and paid extra for fast shipping, but it's been more than 20 days now and my package still hasn't shown up. The customer service has been terrible - they keep saying it's the courier's fault, even though they never even got the package. I've asked for a refund, but all they keep telling me is to wait. This is not okay and I definitely don't recommend buying from this company.

HP printer purchase
I just bought a printer from this company and man, let me tell you, their customer service was a nightmare. So I'm setting up the printer and hit a snag, right? So I reach out to their online support and they pass me off to a tech guy who's supposed to help me out. But instead of fixing the issue, this dude starts trying to sell me on some expensive technical service, saying my computer is full of trojans. Total waste of my time, and honestly felt like a scam. Save yourself the trouble and don't bother asking them for help.

Skincare products
I had a really bad experience with this website. I ordered some skincare products and when I got my package, one of the items was missing. When I reached out to customer service, they gave me different answers and didn't take responsibility. The other product I did get was messed up and looked like it had been used before. I sent pictures of the messed up product and first they said I would get a refund, but then they said I had to send it back first. The back and forth and mixed messages made me feel annoyed and like they didn't care about me as a customer. It took them too long to respond and their business practices were terrible. I definitely won't be using this website again.

Big thanks to Trivago for directing me to Hurb.com, which turned out to be a sketchy site that didn't come through for me at all. Trivago, I had higher expectations, especially with all those flashy ads, but now I realize you're just leading us to unreliable websites that end up causing issues with our credit cards. Come on, Trivago! Don't bother trying to ask me for a solution because you should've gotten it right from the start. Disappointing!

Camera purchase
I recently bought a camera from this one seller. But when I got the camera, it didn't work right. So, I contacted their customer support for help. They said it was the SIM card causing the issue, but even after getting a new one and trying different things, the problem didn't go away. I emailed their support team 15 times, but they couldn't fix it. So, I had to tell my credit card company it was fraud to get my money back. This whole thing was really frustrating and makes me think the vendor isn't very good.

I bought tickets to catch the Phillies playing against the Los Angeles Angels, but I never got any email confirming my order or any PIN or verification. They already charged my credit card, but when I tried calling TicketNetwork, no one answered. They claim they have no record of my purchase, and they couldn't explain why they charged me. I wouldn't recommend using them!

Vacation rental experience
Our stay at the vacation rental was pretty disappointing. As soon as we got there, we ran into a bunch of problems that really put a damper on our trip. The biggest issue was that there wasn't anyone there to welcome us when we arrived, so we felt kind of lost and clueless. And on top of that, there wasn't much info about the place, so we had no idea how to use anything. We had to reach out to the owner on WhatsApp for help, which was a bit of a hassle.
