Pretty picky, but these prints won me over — saw them at a friend's place, told my sister. Good canvas quality, shipping was quick; minor color variation, still happy.
Morning squint
Caught me squinting, coffee in hand—HD looked a tad soft at first, but works fine for quick phone snaps now.
Mid-morning surprise
I was pouring coffee when I opened the box and thought, wow — soft, cozy, perfect for couch naps. Use it nightly now; honestly glad I ordered more.
The hang-and-smile moment
I spotted one at my buddy's apartment, thought "hmm", ordered cautiously, and when I hung it and the colors popped—yeah, I relaxed. Already tipped my sister. Fast shipping.
Cozy and worth it
Love it — great value and fast shipping. I use the blanket every night on the couch, keeps me warm; some shedding but I'll buy two more, for sure.
Little keepsake, big hit
Totally happy with it — great outcome. Needed a keepsake for our one-year anniversary and I wanted something better than emails or prints. Photos look sharp, size was perfect. Binding felt a bit stiff, but overall it worked well.
Perfect little surprise
Halfway through assembling photos I knew it was going to be perfect — the cover preview looked just right. I first saw a friend's copy and ended up recommending it to my sister; boyfriend loved the size and picture quality, really.
Hidden tools, pretty handy
Found the site when a coworker shared it; after a bit of fumbling (took me longer than I'd like) I liked the upgraded editor — handy once you find the hidden tools. Not perfect, but works
Almost missed it
So there I was, half asleep on the couch finishing a family coffee-table book — finally found the enhanced layout tools. Took a minute, but the auto-arrange surprised me; now I use Printerpix for gifts and daily albums.
Midweek panic
Halfway through the week I was sure it was lost — two photo books late, no tracking, and that canned customer reply. Weirdly, after annoying chats they showed up and human finally helped. Not great but okay.
Underwhelming prints, kinda fixed
I got the prints and honestly the colors are off and a bit muddy. Ordering was clunky and I couldn't reach support by phone like the site promised, but after nagging via email they refunded part of it, not great but usable.
Surprisingly okay after a shaky start
I ordered it last week and at first I was annoyed — the photos looked off and the site’s phone number went nowhere. After emailing though, they fixed things fast and I’m actually pretty happy with it now, especially for the price.
Takes longer than before
I loved making these books — saw one at a friend's and a friend tipped me. Lately the updates made the process slower; what used to be quick now takes me about three times longer placing photos and writing captions, kinda annoying but still useful.

Takes longer, but worth it
I was making a birthday book during my lunch break and thought "this is gonna take forever" — and it did, way longer than before. When my kid flipped through it and laughed, I knew it was worth the time. Could be smoother though.
Surprisingly solid
solid experience, I’ll order again. Prints were sharper than I expected and prices were better than other places I tried. Placed three big custom orders, delivery was reliable, customer service straightforward—nothing flashy, just got the job done, fairly quick.
Surprisingly nice find
Saw this on a friend's Instagram and was kinda hesitant at first — worried it'd be clunky or slow. But the site is easy to use, shipping came really fast, and customer support fixed a tiny order mix-up quickly. Not flawless — price could be a bit lower, but I'm happy.
No more prints from them
I’m done with this shop. They cropped my photo so the subject's head was missing, then insisted the only fix was a 50% off reprint (no full redo or refund). I argued, they wouldn't budge. Reported it to Groupon — other printers I've used handled mistakes way better. Not worth the hassle.
Quick recovery
they fixed it and I got my money back. My account was frozen after I requested a withdrawal, so I worried about losing funds. I reached out last week; Mercy's team replied fast, kept me updated and resolved it smoothly.
Tricky holiday order
I was halfway through wrapping gifts when I finally got the calendars — months late and after being charged a little extra, so yeah, I was annoyed and stressed because we needed them for Epiphany. Still, the designs were cute, they survived daily use, and seeing cousins use them around the table now made me relax. Not perfect, but usable.
