I’m done with this shop. They cropped my photo so the subject's head was missing, then insisted the only fix was a 50% off reprint (no full redo or refund). I argued, they wouldn't budge. Reported it to Groupon — other printers I've used handled mistakes way better. Not worth the hassle.
Tricky holiday order
I was halfway through wrapping gifts when I finally got the calendars — months late and after being charged a little extra, so yeah, I was annoyed and stressed because we needed them for Epiphany. Still, the designs were cute, they survived daily use, and seeing cousins use them around the table now made me relax. Not perfect, but usable.
Long wait, no package
I ordered a gadget a few weeks ago and was actually excited to try it, but that fizzled fast. Tracking never updated and the package never showed. Tried calling — no live people, just dead lines and emails that go nowhere. Annoying and time-consuming. I liked the product idea, but after this I'm really hesitant to reorder again.
Moving made me order
Needed a photobook after our move. I wanted something quick to hold memories. The editor is easy and the prints look decent, though corners aren’t perfect. They advertise big discounts but the code gave only a small saving. Customer service said 24/7 human help but didn’t answer. Delivery arrived on time, which helped.
Worried at first, happier now
I ordered this as a pre-Mother's Day gift and admit I was nervous after reading some reviews. Started using it the moment it arrived - late, yes, but customer service tracked it down and explained what happened. First impression was skeptical, then pleasantly surprised; the team was helpful, delivery caught up and item is fine. Would order again despite the rush fee.
Tiny cover, big bill
I paid for 6 random pages I didn't need — $11 for extras and a $19 shipping fee, which felt outrageous. The front cover photo came out tiny and off-center, and picture quality was meh. Rearranging was annoying and slow. Still, it arrived and could've been worse, so I'm asking for $20 back.
Extra pages, awkward service
Package showed up with six extra pages I didn't ask for, and I got charged — shipping fee also way higher than expected. Photos were small, low quality and arranging them was a pain (took forever). Customer service was slow and not helpful when I asked for a refund. I'm annoyed; others, check charges first.
Sat on it, then refunded
I put in my order 18 days ago. First impression was it would be quick, but production is listed as 3–4 days and shipping 5–7. I messaged a few times and all they offered was a refund of the shipping — no rush, no proof they'd even printed it. I was skeptical, but the refund came and the item finally shipped, so I'm oddly less annoyed now.
Wall art was a mixed bag
Moved into a smaller place and wanted my studio shots up on the wall, so I ordered a set of metal prints. The material feels nice—cool, solid, with a metallic sheen—but about half came out much darker than my originals. Support first suggested my files were the problem, then offered a coupon or a redo for $28 each after I'd already paid $217. Frustrating. A few prints look fantastic though, so it's usable if you can live with some uneven results.
Slow but usable
Halfway through the second week I was ready to cancel. The dashboard looks fine and the final files actually feel solid when I finally opened them — clean, usable. Communication was messy, slow replies and no phone support like other vendors, so I was skeptical. In the end they sent a usable deliverable, and that helped. I've dealt with faster services before, but this one wasn't terrible — could be better though. Mostly usable for certain projects. If you're patient.
Slow start, decent finish
I ordered these copies because I’m moving and have bad back pain, needed lighter reading while I recover. Was skeptical — the site was clunky and it took forever; USPS sat on them for weeks even after they said they were ready. Corners were a bit bent despite decent wrapping. Customer service finally helped and smoothed things out, so not terrible, just inconvenient.
Pretty package, disappointing prints
no refund, and if I wanted to return them I'd pay postage — even if they eventually refunded me. That postage would have been almost half what I spent, which felt ridiculous. I’ve had smoother return experiences with other companies, so this left me more frustrated than anything. Service and returns were the real issue.
Stuck in tracking limbo
ordering was fine, but customer service and delivery need real people and better follow-through.
Mixed feelings after unboxing
no obvious way to contact support, I tried, but nothing. On the bright side the site and checkout worked smoothly, and the packaging idea could be fixed. I’d try again if they sort shipping and customer contact. Maybe they'll listen and improve.
Not what I expected
I was excited to get a set of prints but ended up disappointed. The package looked rough when it arrived and two prints had bent corners, which is annoying because they were supposed to be wall art. The image colors were darker than my originals, almost muddy, and the whole set lost the bright tones I wanted. There was nothing on the back to hang them, and no padding inside the box, so I felt like the damage was preventable. Shipping costs were almost as much as the prints, which made me think twice about value. I tried to find customer support but couldn't reach anyone. I wish they'd fix packaging and add contact options.
Risky at first, but they made it right
the first package arrived soaked and basically ruined. Annoying and predictable, honestly. What surprised me was customer service — they actually owned it, apologized, and sent a replacement overnight with better packaging (plastic wrap + sturdier box). Took the sting out of the mess. Still frustrated about the first delivery (wasted time), but relieved the company fixed it quickly and the second copy arrived perfect. Wouldn’t say flawless, but I feel okay recommending them now.
Soggy surprise
Honestly, I'm glad it worked out in the end, but the first delivery was a mess. I made a softcover photo book for my sister's birthday and spent hours on it, so yep — I was upset when it showed up soaked. It had no plastic wrap, just a thin paper sleeve, and the courier tossed the package on the front lawn during a heavy downpour. It was out there for only a few minutes and already ruined, pages stuck together, cover wrinkled. Luckily customer service stepped in and offered a remake/refund pretty quickly, which I appreciated. Still, you shouldn't have to rely on that — for something soft like this, a little plastic protection would save a lot of heartache. I'm happy they fixed it, but shipping needs to improve.
Kitchen-hang redemption
sharp detail, proper colors, no weird white borders. The moment I stepped back and it actually matched the frame and the light in my kitchen — that’s when I relaxed. Not smooth, but in the end it’s hanging and I’m using it every day.
Late one of two — good print, bad support
colors were true, print quality was solid, so that part worked. The other piece never left their facility (tracking still says not picked up) and that’s where things fell apart. I tried to reach out — emailed, got an automated bounce saying the address doesn’t create tickets, called the listed number and it drops you to a voicemail telling you to go back to the website. I called twice over a couple days and left messages, no real response, no human to talk to. I get that hiccups happen, but for an expensive, time-sensitive order the lack of customer service is unacceptable. If you need reliable contact or both items on time, be cautious. I liked the print that came, but won’t risk Printerpix again after this experience.
Mixed bag — got one, nearly lost the other
mixed bag — one print showed up fine, the other was a no-show at first, but after pushing I got it and a partial refund so I'm... cautiously okay with the whole thing. I ordered two large prints because I needed them for my sister's birthday and I paid extra (well over $100) for rush shipping — so yeah, expectations were high. One arrived on time and looked decent. The second never got picked up by the carrier for what felt like ages. Trying to reach anyone was frustrating: the support email bounced with an automated reply that didn't help, and the phone just sent me to voicemail telling me to check the website. Annoying, repetitive, and a waste of time. After pestering them via social and a couple of calls I finally got a shipping update and a partial refund of the rush fee. Not great, but not a total disaster. I'd be wary ordering again, but if you need prints fast, follow up aggressively.
