the first package arrived soaked and basically ruined. Annoying and predictable, honestly. What surprised me was customer service — they actually owned it, apologized, and sent a replacement overnight with better packaging (plastic wrap + sturdier box). Took the sting out of the mess. Still frustrated about the first delivery (wasted time), but relieved the company fixed it quickly and the second copy arrived perfect. Wouldn’t say flawless, but I feel okay recommending them now.
Soggy surprise
Honestly, I'm glad it worked out in the end, but the first delivery was a mess. I made a softcover photo book for my sister's birthday and spent hours on it, so yep — I was upset when it showed up soaked. It had no plastic wrap, just a thin paper sleeve, and the courier tossed the package on the front lawn during a heavy downpour. It was out there for only a few minutes and already ruined, pages stuck together, cover wrinkled. Luckily customer service stepped in and offered a remake/refund pretty quickly, which I appreciated. Still, you shouldn't have to rely on that — for something soft like this, a little plastic protection would save a lot of heartache. I'm happy they fixed it, but shipping needs to improve.
Kitchen-hang redemption
sharp detail, proper colors, no weird white borders. The moment I stepped back and it actually matched the frame and the light in my kitchen — that’s when I relaxed. Not smooth, but in the end it’s hanging and I’m using it every day.
Late one of two — good print, bad support
colors were true, print quality was solid, so that part worked. The other piece never left their facility (tracking still says not picked up) and that’s where things fell apart. I tried to reach out — emailed, got an automated bounce saying the address doesn’t create tickets, called the listed number and it drops you to a voicemail telling you to go back to the website. I called twice over a couple days and left messages, no real response, no human to talk to. I get that hiccups happen, but for an expensive, time-sensitive order the lack of customer service is unacceptable. If you need reliable contact or both items on time, be cautious. I liked the print that came, but won’t risk Printerpix again after this experience.
Mixed bag — got one, nearly lost the other
mixed bag — one print showed up fine, the other was a no-show at first, but after pushing I got it and a partial refund so I'm... cautiously okay with the whole thing. I ordered two large prints because I needed them for my sister's birthday and I paid extra (well over $100) for rush shipping — so yeah, expectations were high. One arrived on time and looked decent. The second never got picked up by the carrier for what felt like ages. Trying to reach anyone was frustrating: the support email bounced with an automated reply that didn't help, and the phone just sent me to voicemail telling me to check the website. Annoying, repetitive, and a waste of time. After pestering them via social and a couple of calls I finally got a shipping update and a partial refund of the rush fee. Not great, but not a total disaster. I'd be wary ordering again, but if you need prints fast, follow up aggressively.
Binding surprise turned into a small win
I first noticed the problem at the kitchen table, coffee cooling, flipping through the pages I had just finished designing — the inner edge of several spreads was partially lost to the binding. I’d mixed up softcover vs. hardcover when ordering, tried to correct it and was told I had to rebuild the whole project. Fine, I rebuilt it, thought I was making an 11x8.5, only to find out it came out as 8x8 after a long, confusing creation process and a slow reply from support. The software wasn’t obvious about what project size you’re actually working on; it felt deceptive at times. That said, the paper quality and the color depth were unexpectedly good — photos popped in a way I hadn’t counted on. I use this book daily as a quick reference for recipes and a small portfolio I bring to meetings, so usability matters. The binding issue is annoying and made some spreads look cramped, but when my partner picked it up and liked the photo layout, I actually felt satisfied — not perfect, but useful and attractive enough to keep using. Small win, mixed bag.

Expired voucher problem
I had these vouchers for photo books that expired, and I was really disappointed. I received an email about an extension, but the link was broken, and the time mentioned was incorrect. I tried reaching out through chat and the help desk, but that didn't work out. Eventually, I emailed them and Lina N. saved the day! She sorted everything out quickly and was incredibly kind. PrinterPix needs more employees like her!
Assistance and Activation
I talked to Representative Dominik Fisher at this company recently, and I have to say, he really went out of his way to help me out with my purchase. He gave me all the info I needed and even took care of updating and activating my expired purchase. His friendly and respectful attitude made the whole experience really enjoyable.
Artwork purchase
As someone who survived a stroke and has some limitations, I find a lot of comfort and happiness in creating art. I recently bought some artwork from this company, and it really brightened up my day-to-day life. The pieces I got were top-notch and gave my living room a nice personal touch. The customer service team was super helpful and really listened to what I needed, which made ordering a breeze. The prices were fair for the great products I received, and the delivery was quick and smooth. Overall, I'm really happy with my experience and I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.
Giant photo blanket
I was really feeling a bit nervous about ordering from this place, but I'm so glad I went for it! I ended up getting the biggest blanket with all my favorite pics and splurged for HD. Discrepancy in order
I recently had a problem with my online order from this company. I placed an order, but when I got the confirmation, it was for a different item than I picked. I sent an email to customer service right away to fix it. At first, the response I got wasn't great because they said the order was right. But when the wrong item showed up, I reached out to them again to let them know. To my surprise, the right item was at my door just two days later. Even though there was a small issue at first, I was really impressed by how fast Printerpix fixed everything. Now, I trust their service even more and will definitely use them again for gifts in the future.
Blanket purchase
I just bought a blanket from this company and ran into a printing problem. But when I reached out to their customer service through FB messenger, they were really helpful in fixing the issue. They took care of it right away and now I have a new blanket on the way. I'm grateful for how fast they responded and how dedicated they were to making sure I was happy with my purchase.
Custom canvas order
I just bought a custom canvas and had a little problem because my old shipping address was still saved on Apple Pay. I emailed customer support and Ryan Harington got back to me in a day. He quickly fixed my address and made sure everything was right. I was really happy with how fast and helpful the customer service team was, it showed they care about their customers. I'll definitely be coming back to buy more custom canvas and other stuff because it was such a smooth and easy process.
Photobook order
Hey, so I got this photobook and it was a mess at first. I was feeling really down because nothing was going right. But then, this guy Andrew totally came to the rescue! He helped me figure everything out and even said he'd give me a free order because of all the issues. I still had to spend a ton of time fixing stuff, but it was such a relief to have someone finally assist me, you know?
Picture frames arrived broken
One of the picture frames I ordered came broken, but I was really impressed with how fast they sent me a replacement after I emailed a photo of the damage. They didn't make me pay anything extra or go through any trouble, which I thought was great. The final product looks amazing!

Delayed Calendar Order
I ordered a calendar back in early March and it hasn't shipped yet, and I haven't gotten any updates. I tried contacting customer service through email but they haven't gotten back to me. I was counting on it for an Easter gift and now I'm running out of time. It's frustrating that they promised a 10-day delivery and it's been delayed like this.
Photobook purchase
Even though I had a rough start trying to make my photobook on the wrong site and running into lots of problems, I eventually got some help from a guy named Andrew Robello from the UK team. He was really patient, took the time to hear me out, and went out of his way to guide me through everything. His commitment and determination to solve my problem were really impressive. I appreciate his help, and the finished product came out really well.
