    Unhappy with date change policy

    I recently had a really bad experience with the company. Their policy for changing dates is so unfair and seems like they're just trying to rip people off. It's not right to charge double the original price for a simple date change. It would be better if they just told customers to rebook at a lower price. It's frustrating that customers have to make changes online themselves but still get charged as if the company is doing all the work. I've been a loyal customer for over ten years, but after this, I won't be using their services again. Thanks for listening. I'll definitely let everyone I know know not to use your unfair services.

    Booking plane and train transit tickets

    Booking my plane and train tickets was so easy and quick! I loved getting one ticket that had all the info for both parts of my trip. It made everything super convenient.     I was freaking out last week because I couldn't find my baby's formula at my regular store. I searched online and even asked family in other states, but no one had any luck. Finally, on Saturday, I found Formuland and ordered 6 tins. I was so relieved when it arrived, I can't even explain it. Formuland did a great job keeping me informed about my package the whole time.     Gift for husband for Christmas

    I just bought my husband a Christmas present from this website, and it was a breeze. The site was easy to use, the checkout was quick, and I got my order confirmation right away. The next day, I got tracking info for my package and it showed up in a sturdy box in my mailbox a few days later. I wrapped it up and put it under the tree in time for Christmas, so it worked out perfectly. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely shop with them again.

    I ordered a gift from Carnivore Club on December 2nd. I was hoping to get it before Christmas but didn't get a shipping notification until December 22nd. I tried reaching out to customer service, but no one got back to me. They didn't even explain or apologize for the delay. So, I decided to cancel my subscription. I wouldn't suggest this service to anyone - the lack of communication and not caring about getting things on time was really disappointing.

    I just got these awesome Bluetooth earbuds from an online shop, and I gotta say, they are amazing! The sound quality is top-notch, crystal clear. Plus, the battery life is seriously impressive - they last all day with constant use. They look super sleek and modern, and they fit really comfortably in my ears, no issues at all. I've tried a bunch of other earbuds before, but these ones are definitely the best I've ever had.

    My stuff came all the way from across the world in great shape, even though it took forever. The store was great with Echo being super helpful. The products are amazing - I got the Flower Knows eye palette and Circus Blush and they're both awesome. The brush for the eye palette is really soft and the finish is just like the picture. I haven't tried the UV gel jelly nail varnish yet, but I can't wait. It did take a long time for my package to get here, 20 days in fact, but I'll definitely shop here again.

    Photo editing software

    I bought some photo editing software not long ago, and I'm having some problems with it. The software keeps putting watermarks on my stuff and keeps asking me to upgrade, even though I'm subscribed until next month. I've tried getting in touch with customer service a bunch of times, but the automated system is not helpful at all, and I can't get the help I need. On top of that, I can't sign in using any other methods because my email isn't recognized by the system. All in all, dealing with this software and customer service has been really frustrating and disappointing.

    Recent order delivery delay

    I recently bought something from Electrical World, but I still haven't gotten it even though it's been over two weeks since I ordered it. When I placed the order on May 2nd, I wasn't told it would take extra time to ship. It wasn't until May 15th that they finally sent it out. In the meantime, I did get two emails letting me know about the delay, which I was thankful for. But then things got even worse when the delivery company, GLS, said on their tracking system that they delivered it on May 17th. But I never got it, and it's still missing as of now.

    I wanted to share about my recent experience with my photo book order. I had a little problem, but luckily, I got to work with a really awesome customer service rep. I have to give her major props for how professional and patient she was in helping me out. She handled everything smoothly and quickly. You don't come across many customer service reps who are as graceful and attentive as she was. I felt really respected and valued as a customer.
