Got an email on a gray morning saying my sandals were finally ready. I chuckled. Not ideal timing for summer, but picking them up felt like a win. Would order again, maybe earlier.
Left in lobby, ugh
Walked in and saw the "delivered" ping in the app — kinda excited, didn't know they left it in the lobby. I had told a friend to watch for it, but it was sitting there. Product itself is really fine for now.
Late summer slip-ons
I hesitated before ordering in August — worried they'd arrive too late. They finally showed up for fall, but I wear them indoors daily; comfy enough, slightly loose, not perfect but still useful.
Two-day surprise
the site lists stuff that's not in stock, which is annoying. Otherwise pretty solid, honestly.
Fast but a little glitchy
I got my order in two days, which honestly saved my morning routine - super quick. I was annoyed the site showed stuff the store didn't have, but aside from that it works and I'm pretty happy, really.
Empty box surprise
I got home to what looked like an empty box on the doorstep — I refused it, then called. At first the rep was slow and dismissive, I was ready to rage, but they eventually sorted a refund after two follow-ups. Not great, but okay.
That moment it clicked
I ordered pants, got the wrong size and a tiny hole, so I was ready to grumble. Customer support was chill and sent a replacement fast — when the new pair actually fit and felt decent, I relaxed. Not perfect, tiny snag still there, but satisfied.
Relief at last
the refund finally hit my account after a few annoying weeks of emails and calls, and I actually sighed with relief. Not perfect, took time, but they eventually sorted it—better than some others.
Found some comfy staples
I grabbed a few pieces when I moved and needed easy, comfy clothes. Fabric is soft, pockets work, fits sometimes boxy though. Colors went neutral lately, I miss bolder prints. Not perfect, but decent mid-price stuff that I actually wear. Keeps me comfy on lazy days often.
Midweek delivery fail
Halfway through the week I noticed the package didn't arrive; Evri marked it lost and refund is still pending after endless emails and calls. The jacket works great for daily wear, but the delivery and support drained patience.
Beige mac that grew on me
it wrinkles after washing and needs ironing. Still, the fit and quality won me.
Surprisingly solid pick
actually worth it, despite my doubts. My folks grabbed a stack of tees and undies last week and I tried a few right away — first impression: decent fabric, no weird seams, for the price it’s solid. I keep buying extras so I can swap, swap.
Saw it in the mall, ordered anyway
I actually spotted the two-piece in the mall but couldn't grab it in the store — so I ordered online, a bit nervous about sizing. My worry was that stuff wouldn't fit, but it fits fine, phew. Got it wrapped in a cardboard pouch, neat. A friend recommended ordering; delivery was quick and smooth, no drama, and easy.
Packing day letdown
I was in the middle of packing for a move and grabbed a few basics, even though I hesitated — past online orders had gone weird. Three items never arrived. I messaged them loads and they ignored me, refused refund or resend. Kinda bummed and still wary, customer service was just absent.
Rough delivery, great fit
I tore the package open the morning of my graduation, half excited, half nervous. The box was wrecked and the satin blazer smelled like it had been squashed — there was a faint footprint I noticed at first. I almost sent it back. Once on, the fit was great and it held up all day, glad I kept it.
Oddly decent, with glitches
Basically, I liked it overall, but it wasn’t perfect. Packaging and some writing felt thoughtful, though parts read oddly (a few weird typos and weird insertions), so I had to reread. Customer support was okay, slower than I’m used to with other shops, but polite. Price felt fair. Kinda annoyed by the glitches, yet still would recommend if you don’t expect flawless.
Almost walked out — then relief
I almost walked out when the last small was stuck on a mannequin. The site said it was in stock, I came in, and at first the person at the counter wouldn't take the top off — I assumed they were being lazy. Then another team member noticed, removed it and grabbed my size. The moment I tried it and it fit, I relaxed. Not perfect, but I'm glad it worked out, unlike other places that just shrug.
Lost then actually great
I was sorting junk mail and saw that confusing 'delivered' email — but the package had been marked returned, so I expected a headache. They were slow to reply, no proper 'not delivered' option, which annoyed me. Then a few days later the box showed up, and that's when I knew I was satisfied. The item fits into my morning routine, feels better than the pictures, and there was a tiny sample inside — surprise. So mixed experience, but useful.
Almost didn't order
I was halfway to cancelling — the photos looked fine but I’d been burned before by weird sizing and slow replies. I went ahead anyway. Ordering was straightforward, customer service answered a quick question fast, and the jeans actually fit better than I expected. Not perfect — I trimmed a small loose thread — but the real surprise was the speedy delivery and clear follow‑up. After bad experiences elsewhere, this felt refreshingly solid, for once.
Finally showed, what a runaround
annoying but it finally showed up. Long story short, I got a confirmation saying they couldn’t find my house and it was returned, then four days later an email said it had been delivered — which it wasn't, not until I chased them. Emails go into a black hole, there’s no “I didn't get it” option online, and whole tracking felt clumsy. If you're ordering, keep an eye on it and ready to call. Glad it's done, but could be cleaner.
