So there I was, fifth trip to Bershka at Alexa, just trying to buy a boxy-fit tee for daily wear — toss it on for errands, layer it for cold commutes. Every single time they told me, “Come back in an hour, it’s in the warehouse.” I came back an hour later. Same line. Four times. Next day, same story. Either they were fibbing or they didn’t care. Staff came off rude and kinda lazy, zero real follow-up. I never actually got to try the shirt. Bit annoying and a waste of time, honestly. The tee might have been great, but after that circus I lost interest.
Rainy-day surprise

Checkout was quick too. All in all a pleasant surprise, will pop back next time.
Campus delivery was the weak link
I'm wary of ordering from them if you live on a college campus. Left at door, gone — and nobody helps
"delivered." Problem was, the box wasn’t at my doorstep and I was home the whole time. I ordered a jacket from the site about two weeks ago — checkout was quick and price seemed fair, so first impression was fine. That’s why this whole thing felt so off. I called the courier first and, to my surprise, their rep admitted the driver hadn’t followed protocol and that the package was likely taken after being left unattended. That admission was unexpected and actually helpful in proving something went wrong. But then I contacted customer service at the retailer and it went downhill. On the phone they told me I’d get a refund and even asked me to wait a couple hours. I waited. No refund appeared. Later I got an email saying they wouldn’t refund me after all. Their FAQ even says the courier should leave a note and try again, or you’ll get refunded after failed attempts — none of that happened here. So the odd part is: the delivery company owned up to the mistake, which I didn’t expect, but the retailer wouldn’t follow through. I’ve been back and forth on calls, sent photos, and still no proper resolution. Small things that would’ve helped: a clear update in the account, an actual signature policy followed, or an honest, timely refund. Instead I’m left with a missing order and a lot of time wasted. If you care about tracking actually matching reality and a company that honors its own policies, be cautious here. The courier’s admission was the only decent moment in an otherwise frustrating experience.
4 items ordered, missing 1 item in delivery
I just ordered 4 things from this shop. The first package came with 3 items, but the second one with the last item never showed up. It was a major bummer because I was excited to get everything all at once. I should've checked out the reviews before buying from here, seems like missing items is a common problem.
Jeans too big
My jeans came in a nice package and got here fast, but man, when I put them on, they were huge! I'm talking like 8 sizes bigger than what I actually ordered. Now I gotta deal with the whole exchange process, which is a real bummer. It'd be great if their sizing was more on point so I wouldn't have to deal with this.

Hello kitty ring set
I recently decided to order the hello kitty ring set just to test out their delivery service. I was totally pumped when I got the notification that my order was ready. To my surprise, the delivery showed up earlier than I thought it would. The ring set is absolutely adorable and I'm super excited to flaunt it to all my friends. I am so bummed out about the service I got from this company. I tried calling and sending messages so many times about my order being late, but nobody ever got back to me or helped out. It was super frustrating and just not okay how they didn't even try to communicate or help me out with my issue.

My experience with this store was a total mess. I ordered a smocked top and denim shorts, but the package never showed up. I waited 6 weeks only to find out my order was cancelled with no heads up.
