I ordered clothes like, forever ago
I recently ordered some new clothes online, thinking they'd arrive really fast, but it's been too long and only half of my order showed up. They promised it would all come together, but that wasn't the case! I'm pretty disappointed because I couldn't wait to wear my new outfits.

I really like the silver bullion coins I bought, but it was kinda annoying trying to stay on top of when they'd arrive. It would be great to have more updates on where my orders are at and when they'll be delivered, so the whole thing can go more smoothly. The coins themselves are cool, but it would be nice if they could beef up their customer service and communication game a bit.

Prom dress purchase
After I read a few reviews, I wasn't sure about buying my daughter's prom dress online, especially since we're in England. But, guess what? Just two weeks after I placed the order, it showed up! The dress was flawless, exactly what we wanted, and it fit my daughter like a glove. I'd totally suggest this place to others and wouldn't think twice about ordering from them again. Thanks a bunch!

Runners and outdoor rugs
The website was so easy to use and had a bunch of rug options to pick from. I ordered 2 runners for inside my house and they look amazing! Now I'm going back to buy some outdoor rugs - got a big one for my living room and a small one for my patio. I'm so excited for them to arrive!

Jet mobile base and oscillating Jet edge sander
I recently bought a Jet mobile base and an oscillating Jet edge sander from The Tool Nut. When the mobile base showed up, the box was all beat up and missing all 4 rails. But Rhiannon V. from customer support hooked me up with a brand new unit and said I could keep the first one for parts. The edge sander, on the other hand, came in good shape and works great. Rhiannon V.'s customer service was awesome and I really appreciate their help.

Oh my gosh, I just got these new shoes from this store and they're awesome! I initially had a sizing issue, but the customer support team was incredible. They responded really quickly and sorted everything out. There was a small hiccup with the return process, but they took care of it right away. The shoes are amazing, the service is top-notch, overall everything is just fantastic!

Photo book purchase
I was kinda unsure about how good the photo books would be when I ordered them, but I went for it because I had some really special pictures uploaded. Figuring out how to change the cover picture was a little tough, but I eventually got it. In the end, I bought four books and was really happy with how they turned out when they showed up. I gave one to my daughter as a present and kept the rest for myself to treasure.

Wasted time and money
I mean, can you believe it? How can a company not even know where the heck their own shipment is? I've been waiting for like a whole month now and still no sign of my order. And don't even get me started on their customer service - total joke. They couldn't even bother to reach out to the courier to see what the heck is going on. Ain't no way I'm ever ordering from them again.

Discount issue
So, like, I found this really cool thing I wanted to buy, right? And guess what, there was this amazing 20% discount on it! So I go to buy it, and the discount is still there. But then, after I get the confirmation email, it vanished into thin air! I was thinking, "What in the world?!" So I contacted them, and at first, they were all like, "Oh yeah, we'll fix it and give you a refund." But then, nothing happened! So I tried again, and this not-so-nice lady just said, "Sorry, can't help you." Ugh, so frustrating! Moral of the story: always take a screenshot of your order before paying, got it?
