Faulty razor replacement
I just had to deal with customer service because my new razor was messed up. They said I had to send the messed up one back, then they'd send me a label, and finally I could get a new one, but it might take more than 5 days. It's so annoying and inconvenient to be without a razor for that long.

Renting a car in New Zealand costs an arm and a leg, especially when you're talking about an electric car. Getting the car was simple enough, but they kind of dropped the ball on giving us the lowdown on electric cars, especially about how to charge them up. The cable they gave us was like a slow drip, and they made us download an app just to find a charging station in New Zealand. It was a real pain having to figure all that out on our own.

I bought these really awesome sunglasses online like 8 days ago and they gave me a tracking number. But, I haven't gotten any other info since then. I tried emailing their customer service, but no one got back to me. I'm starting to get really annoyed and I might have to call my bank to cancel the payment. Incorrect shoe size
I ordered a size 6 shoe from this company but got sent a size 9.5 instead. When I talked to customer service about the mix-up, they said I ordered the wrong size even though I had proof showing I didn't. It seemed like they ran out of my size and just sent me whatever they had on hand. On top of that, they wouldn't let me return the shoes, so now I'm stuck with a pair that doesn't fit. The whole thing felt shady and unprofessional. The customer service was awful and they were super rude each time I reached out. I recommend steering clear of this company. Also, the products themselves were poorly made. They looked cheap, felt cheap, and even smelled cheap. Definitely not worth your money.

I recently bought a Jet mobile base and an oscillating Jet edge sander from The Tool Nut. When the mobile base showed up, the box was all beat up and missing all 4 rails. But Rhiannon V. from customer support hooked me up with a brand new unit and said I could keep the first one for parts. The edge sander, on the other hand, came in good shape and works great. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. I recently bought a fridge and freezer from them, and let me tell you, it was a disaster. It took a whopping 2 months for my stuff to even show up, plus the delivery guys couldn't even speak English, messed up the installation, and didn't take my old appliances like they were supposed to.
