Speedy Delivery of Trainers
I've been shopping at this store for a while now, and I'm always amazed at how quickly my sneakers arrive after I order them. Usually, I can get a new pair in less than 24 hours, which is awesome, except on weekends and holidays. The only downside is that they don't always restock items that are sold out, which can be annoying. But on the bright side, the customer service is top-notch. Last week, I had a question at 9 PM and I was expecting to wait a day or two for a response. To my surprise, Charlene got back to me within 20 minutes and even followed up later. I really appreciate the fast and helpful customer service.
Running shoes, online chat, issue resolved
I recently bought a pair of running shoes from this store and ran into a little snag during checkout. Even though the product page said shipping was free, I was still getting charged for express delivery. Annoyed, I decided to chat online with a customer service rep named Sidrah A. I was pleasantly surprised when Sidrah fixed the issue right away by giving me a refund on the delivery charge. It would have been nice if the problem was automatically fixed, but I have to give props to sportsshoes.com for their easy-to-reach customer service that helped me out in no time. I've bought stuff from this company a few times in the last year, and I always think they're really good at getting my orders out quickly. Like, the last time I ordered something, it was shipped out within an hour of me placing the order. Plus, every time I've needed to get a VAT refund, I've had to reach out to customer service, and they've always got it sorted within a day with no problems. It's nice to deal with a company that can handle these things so smoothly, because, you know, usually contacting customer service and sorting out issues can be a real pain.

Replacement of faulty Hoka Speedgoat 5s
I was actually pretty irritated at first about sending the shoes back for inspection, but I gotta say, the service from Ryan and his crew totally blew me away. I was so impressed with how fast they turned things around – I sent the shoes back on Monday with that free postage label, and by Friday of the same week, I had a brand new pair. Now, I'm a super satisfied customer and I even decided to order another pair of Hokas for my wife. Big thanks to Ryan and the team for going above and beyond with their service!
Return process for wrong runners
I ran into a problem with my order when I ordered the wrong sneakers as a gift. I reached out to customer service and they really came through in trying to stop the package before it got shipped. But by then, the carrier had already sent it out. I printed the return label and sent the package back. Even with the Easter weekend and bank holiday, I heard back from them right away on Tuesday about the exchange. The shoe I originally wanted was sold out, but they wasted no time finding me a good alternative.
I bought some cool shoes
I ordered these shoes online and they came right on time. I even paid extra for faster shipping and it was totally worth it. I saw these shoes in a local store, but they were way pricier there. I had a great experience with this guy Connor from customer service. He really helped me out when there was an issue with my delivery (that wasn't their fault). Mudclaws exchange
The stitching on my old pair of Mudclaws started coming apart after less than a year and 280 miles of use. I contacted SportsShoes and they were great about refunding me. Charlene from their customer service team was so helpful, she kept me updated on everything and even sent a pre-paid sticker for me to return the old shoes. I'm now rocking a fresh pair of Mudclaws and couldn't be happier.
