light, springy, and just the right snugness around the midfoot, which made tempo runs way more comfortable. I mean, I used them mainly for races and short fast sessions, not daily pounding, so when they started showing a flaw after only a few outings I was annoyed. I sent photos and a short video like they asked and followed the return steps, chose the easiest courier, and thought it’d be sorted. That’s where it dragged out — tracking said delivered but the company didn’t see it for ages. I kept emailing, sent screenshots, and honestly I was pretty bummed; I’d recommended this place for years. What actually surprised me was that posting a single message on their social page finally kicked things into gear and someone picked it up properly. So the turnaround was weirdly satisfying in the end — not seamless, but it worked. The shoes themselves, when they weren’t defective, felt surprisingly lively and were great for race day; I’d buy the same model again if I saw a good deal, because the ride is just right for me. Bottom line: solid product feel, clunky return path, but an unexpected social-media nudge fixed it. Still loyal-ish, just more cautious now.
Fits and headaches
I bought a pair of minimalist shoes to wear every day. They are light and simple. At first glance they look fine. The first pair I got was about two centimeters too long. I double-checked the size chart before ordering. Apparently the retailer's chart was wrong. I tried the shoes on at home. They slid on my heel. Walking felt unstable. I returned them same day and asked for a smaller size. Customer service replied slowly. They also insisted a "free" extra was part of the order and then deducted its price from my refund. I argued. It took PayPal to get that corrected. Meanwhile the size I wanted came back into stock. I ordered again. This time the shoe fits much better. It breaks in quickly. They are thin-soled but work well for walking to the office, errands, and short commutes. I like the barefoot feel. On longer walks my feet need a bit more support. The stitching seems solid so far. Not a slick customer experience, but a usable shoe when it fits. I'll shop elsewhere first next time though.
Sport leggings purchase
I've been shopping at this athletic shoe and clothing store for a long time, and every time I buy something, I'm always happy with my purchase. I love their sports leggings and always make sure to buy a bunch whenever I'm there. The prices are great, they have a wide selection, and the customer service is excellent.
Good choices, good prices, fast delivery
I've been on the hunt for a certain pair of athletic shoes for what feels like forever, but every other website I checked out was selling them for way too much. Trainers
I had such an awesome experience with SportsShoes! Speedy Delivery of Trainers
I've been shopping at this store for a while now, and I'm always amazed at how quickly my sneakers arrive after I order them. Usually, I can get a new pair in less than 24 hours, which is awesome, except on weekends and holidays. The only downside is that they don't always restock items that are sold out, which can be annoying. But on the bright side, the customer service is top-notch. Last week, I had a question at 9 PM and I was expecting to wait a day or two for a response. To my surprise, Charlene got back to me within 20 minutes and even followed up later. I really appreciate the fast and helpful customer service.

I've been coming back to this store a lot, trying to find the best walking boots and trainers. The staff has been really helpful with my returns and warranty stuff. I had a great experience with this guy Connor from customer service. He really helped me out when there was an issue with my delivery (that wasn't their fault). I bought these shoes that turned out to be faulty pretty quickly. Called up customer service at SportShoes and they totally helped me fix the problem fast. Mudclaws exchange
The stitching on my old pair of Mudclaws started coming apart after less than a year and 280 miles of use. I contacted SportsShoes and they were great about refunding me. Charlene from their customer service team was so helpful, she kept me updated on everything and even sent a pre-paid sticker for me to return the old shoes. I'm now rocking a fresh pair of Mudclaws and couldn't be happier.
I bought some cool shoes
I ordered these shoes online and they came right on time. I even paid extra for faster shipping and it was totally worth it. I saw these shoes in a local store, but they were way pricier there. I checked eBay, but they didn't have my size. Thankfully, I stumbled upon this website and they had exactly what I was looking for. I placed my order on a bank holiday weekend and they still arrived quickly. These shoes are great for hillwalking, just like my trusty old pair of Merrells that lasted forever.

Replacement of faulty Hoka Speedgoat 5s
I was actually pretty irritated at first about sending the shoes back for inspection, but I gotta say, the service from Ryan and his crew totally blew me away. I was so impressed with how fast they turned things around – I sent the shoes back on Monday with that free postage label, and by Friday of the same week, I had a brand new pair. Now, I'm a super satisfied customer and I even decided to order another pair of Hokas for my wife. Big thanks to Ryan and the team for going above and beyond with their service!
Return of trainers
I gotta give a shoutout to Charlene and Beth, the team members at the store who helped me out big time with returning a pair of trainers. They were so friendly and made the whole process super easy and hassle-free. I was able to drop off the trainers at ASDA, which was super convenient. Only thing is, I did get a little confused filling out the return info on the website. SportsShoes might wanna look into making that part a bit more user-friendly for folks like me.
