Speedy Delivery of Trainers
I've been shopping at this store for a while now, and I'm always amazed at how quickly my sneakers arrive after I order them. Usually, I can get a new pair in less than 24 hours, which is awesome, except on weekends and holidays. The only downside is that they don't always restock items that are sold out, which can be annoying. But on the bright side, the customer service is top-notch. Last week, I had a question at 9 PM and I was expecting to wait a day or two for a response. To my surprise, Charlene got back to me within 20 minutes and even followed up later. I really appreciate the fast and helpful customer service.
Running shoes, online chat, issue resolved
I recently bought a pair of running shoes from this store and ran into a little snag during checkout. Even though the product page said shipping was free, I was still getting charged for express delivery. Annoyed, I decided to chat online with a customer service rep named Sidrah A. I was pleasantly surprised when Sidrah fixed the issue right away by giving me a refund on the delivery charge. It would have been nice if the problem was automatically fixed, but I have to give props to sportsshoes.com for their easy-to-reach customer service that helped me out in no time. Thanks for the awesome customer service!
Return process for wrong runners
I ran into a problem with my order when I ordered the wrong sneakers as a gift. I reached out to customer service and they really came through in trying to stop the package before it got shipped. But by then, the carrier had already sent it out. I printed the return label and sent the package back. Even with the Easter weekend and bank holiday, I heard back from them right away on Tuesday about the exchange. The shoe I originally wanted was sold out, but they wasted no time finding me a good alternative.
I bought some cool shoes
I ordered these shoes online and they came right on time. I even paid extra for faster shipping and it was totally worth it. I saw these shoes in a local store, but they were way pricier there. I checked eBay, but they didn't have my size. Thankfully, I stumbled upon this website and they had exactly what I was looking for. I placed my order on a bank holiday weekend and they still arrived quickly. These shoes are great for hillwalking, just like my trusty old pair of Merrells that lasted forever.
Trainers
I had such an awesome experience with SportsShoes! So, get this - my order got lost by the courier, but the folks at SportsShoes, you know, Adam, Connor, and Ben, really outdid themselves to make sure I got my trainers the very next day. They kept me in the loop the whole time, and they quickly fixed the problem. And let me tell you, these trainers are amazing! Can't wait to rock them for my summer workouts. I can't thank SportsShoes enough for the top-notch customer service they gave me.
Walking boots and trainers purchase
I've been coming back to this store a lot, trying to find the best walking boots and trainers. The staff has been really helpful with my returns and warranty stuff. Recently, Adam went out of his way to make sure I got a refund I wanted by stopping a shipment. The prices here are awesome too, that's what got me interested in the first place. The customer service here is amazing, and I'll definitely be coming back for more stuff. Thanks a lot, Adam, for all your help.
Outdoor wear purchase
I've shopped at this store multiple times and always been super impressed by how quick they are, how good their prices are, and how much outdoor stuff they have. So, I messed up my order the other day and emailed them late at night. To my surprise, Charlene wrote back right away saying everything was fixed and my stuff would be sent out soon. The fact that they're so on the ball and care about their customers means a lot to me. This store will definitely be my first choice for outdoor gear.
Return of trainers
I gotta give a shoutout to Charlene and Beth, the team members at the store who helped me out big time with returning a pair of trainers. They were so friendly and made the whole process super easy and hassle-free. I was able to drop off the trainers at ASDA, which was super convenient. Only thing is, I did get a little confused filling out the return info on the website. SportsShoes might wanna look into making that part a bit more user-friendly for folks like me.
Running shoes purchase
I just bought a pair of running shoes from this online store, and I have to say, I'm really happy with my purchase. Returned item
I just had to send back something I ordered from SportsShoes because it took forever to get to me. The folks on customer service were awesome in walking me through the return. Georgette Campbell and the others were great about keeping me updated on what was going on with my return and making sure I got my money back fast. I really liked how they handled everything so quickly and professionally.

I had a great experience with this guy Connor from customer service. He really helped me out when there was an issue with my delivery (that wasn't their fault). He was super patient and walked me through how to fix it. The trainers came in perfect condition and the prices were really competitive. I'll definitely be telling all my friends about this place. New shoes
Oh my gosh, I just got these new shoes from this store and they're awesome! I initially had a sizing issue, but the customer support team was incredible. They responded really quickly and sorted everything out. There was a small hiccup with the return process, but they took care of it right away. The shoes are amazing, the service is top-notch, overall everything is just fantastic!
