Necklace and ring set
Oh my gosh, I recently got this adorable necklace and ring set from this store! The necklace is delicate and shiny, absolutely perfect for pairing with any outfit. And the ring is just so gorgeous and sparkly, makes me feel like royalty whenever I wear it. The quality is top-notch too, doesn't feel flimsy at all. I always look forward to receiving my package every month, feels like a little treat to myself.

DJ mixing services
I had Mele DJ at my event and they were seriously amazing! The music mix was spot on, with a great variety that had everyone dancing the whole night. The transitions between songs flowed really well, showing off Mele's DJ skills. I was super impressed with the mix overall and would definitely suggest Mele for any event that needs a top-notch DJ.

Golf apparel purchase
The golf clothes I bought were not very good quality. The fabric felt cheap and the seams were falling apart after only a few times wearing it. I was pretty let down by how poorly made it was. Plus, it didn't even fit right. When I tried to exchange it, dealing with customer service was such a pain that I just returned it and got something else somewhere else. I'll definitely be looking for a different brand next time.

Glasses with bifocals and progressives
I was pretty annoyed at first because my order was taking forever to process and ship, especially with the holiday going on. But I gotta give props to them for shooting me an email about the delay and hooking me up with some sweet discounts to use next time. That was a cool move. Finally got my orders and they actually came right when they said they would in the email. The glasses are top-notch - strong frames and super clear lenses. I'm really happy with what I got and for sure will be coming back for more.

I just wanted to say thank you for the amazing customer service I got recently. Frances really went out of her way to help me quickly and professionally. I was so impressed with how much she cared and it really made my experience with the company better. I appreciate her hard work and dedication to making sure customers are happy.

VIP discount card issue
I had a pretty bad time with that VIP discount card at the store. The card said I could get a discount on all brands over a certain price, but when I went to pay, there were problems. The staff kept saying the shoes I wanted weren't part of the deal, even though I looked at the card terms many times.

Cancelled order that still shipped
I ordered a suitcase over the weekend, then changed my mind and tried to cancel it. But guess what? The suitcase still got shipped out. Even though Fed Ex messed up and delivered it to the wrong building, a nice neighbor found it and returned it to me. Travelpro was super awesome and refunded me, even though technically they didn't have to. The Orchid suitcase I got is gorgeous, so I decided to just keep it. But I do think they should maybe rethink their cancellation policy for weekend orders.

Ballet Flats
I ordered a pair of flats that ended up being too big on me. I tried them on for a couple minutes in my living room before sending them in for an exchange. They were returned to me because apparently Born thought they "looked worn" and would not exchange them. I don't really see what they're talking about since the bottoms look the same as when I pulled them out of the box initially. I only wore them for a couple minutes in my house and ended up stuck with $75 shoes that don't fit. I'm assuming at this point that they were returned once before and someone else had worn them, which says a lot about quality control at Born. Customer service is a nightmare, and I wish I had listened to other reviewers before purchasing.

Four masks in two separate orders.
I ordered two masks from Vida in April, along with masks from another company on the same day. It did take a few weeks to receive them, but I didn't think this was unreasonable considering the state of the world. I received orders from both companies on the same day, so I don't think the problem was particular to Vida.
When I received the masks, I liked them so much, I ordered two more. They came a bit faster. I really like the material used to make the straps-- very comfortable on the ears. It's also really great to be able to adjust the straps for the best fit. I really like the colors, too.
In between my two orders, I received an email from Vida stating that the shipping from my first order would be refunded due to the delay. As I said, the shipping delay didn't bother me, so I was pleasantly surprised by this.
Overall, I am very happy with my masks and will undoubtedly order from Vida again.Thank you for sharing your comments about VIDA.
