I thought I could check out what happened in the last day with these cameras without shelling out more cash. But turns out, they're asking for money to record. Watching it live doesn't really do much for me.

Replacement bike after accident
My 9-year-old bike unexpectedly broke and ended up causing an accident that required me to have surgery. Despite the warranty being expired, Trek came through and replaced it with a Dual Sport 2 due to the accident claim. The company's response was amazing, super caring, professional, and really helpful. I'm so pumped to hop on my new bike and hit the road!

I was really let down by my latest buy from this company. I saw the pictures online and thought the product was gonna be top-notch, but it turned out to be super cheap and flimsy. The zipper busted after only a few times using it, and the seams were already coming apart. Such a waste of my cash.

I just went to the store in Manchester, VT, and man, I was really let down by the outdoor gear they had. It used to be a spot you could count on for top-notch stuff, but now it's like they've really taken a nosedive. It's sad to see a brand that was so reliable start to lose its appeal and trustworthiness.

Recent missing order
I just bought some stuff from FSAStore but it never showed up. I was home all day waiting for it, but when I reached out to customer service they said it was delivered on Saturday. I was annoyed because FedEx usually brings packages right to my door, and I didn't see them that day. It's frustrating to have a missing order, especially during the busy holiday season. But I have to give props to customer service for helping me out quickly and being responsive.

OMG, I was so excited to score these clothes on sale! But, seriously, I didn't receive any updates after placing my order. No confirmation or receipt, like, what's up with that? And they're final sale, so there's no way to exchange for a larger size. Ugh!

I was really annoyed that I couldn't send money to my Monese account just because I didn't have my contact info handy. It's not as easy as they claim.

purple hoodie, black leggings
This store is a hot mess! I got a purple hoodie and some black leggings, but they didn't fit so I had to return them. And then they didn't want to give me my money back! How rude, right? Customer service is just awful, like they don't give a crap about us customers. I am never coming back here, that's for sure.
