    LED grow lights purchase

    I had a pretty bad shopping experience at Growace. Even though I saw some good reviews, I wasn't too happy with it. Their website didn't have much to choose from, and it was hard for me to find what I wanted. Plus, checking out was a pain, and I ran into some technical problems. Honestly, I wasn't impressed with how it all went down.

    400W HID light kit

    Hey, so I ended up getting this cool 400W HID light kit but ran into some major issues with it. For starters, the flex ducting that was supposed to come with it still hasn't shown up after 15 days. I mean, how am I supposed to properly set up my light without that, you know? Also, my inline fan was completely dead on arrival. It just wouldn't turn on, and when it did, it just made this humming noise. Customer support told me to send them pictures so they could figure out the problem, but let's be real, the fan is done for. Their response times are super long too. I've been waiting for like a week with no real solution in sight. And to top it off, no help on the weekends either. Not cool at all, man.

    Rapid Shipping Light

    I ordered a light and paid extra for expedited shipping, thinking it would arrive quickly. Unfortunately, it ended up coming late, in bad shape, and not how it was described. I even paid more for overnight shipping, only to find out later it wasn't even in stock. I waited all week, and when it finally arrived, it was damaged and didn't work properly. When I contacted customer service for help, they were not helpful at all. They wanted me to open the package before giving me a refund, which didn't seem fair. I tried complaining about the condition of the item, but they just ignored me and didn't offer a solution. In the end, I had to go to my card provider to dispute the charge and get my money back.

    My experience with Growace was really great. The LED grow lights I got were excellent quality and just what I needed for my indoor garden.     Hydroponic grow tent

    My Growace experience wasn't what I thought it would be. I bought a hydroponic grow tent and had a problem with the shipment. But, their customer service team was super easy to get a hold of and got back to me quickly within a day. They kept me in the loop the whole time and fixed the problem fast. Even though things got off to a rough start, I was really impressed with how well Growace took care of me.

    This company's customer service is just terrible. The managers are impossible to reach, and the only way to communicate is through slow email replies. I thought I got a great deal when I bought a hydroponic system from them, but it's turning out to be a disaster. Pieces of the system are breaking one after the other. Trying to get replacements has been a headache, with tons of hoops to jump through and a long wait for the warehouse to decide if my items are covered by the warranty. It's been four weeks already, and I still don't have a replacement. To top it off, more items are breaking and I can't even get a response. If I could, I'd give this company negative stars. Do yourself a favor and steer clear if you want an easy experience.

    Purchased a grow light system

    I just bought a grow light system from this store and man, it was a total nightmare. When it arrived, it was missing parts and when I reached out to customer service, they were no help at all. They kept sending me to different people and asking for all this extra paperwork just to send a replacement. Dealing with them was such a pain and honestly, not worth it. I wouldn't suggest shopping here if you care about your time and sanity.

    I was really excited to buy some gardening supplies from Growace, but I ended up feeling really let down. It's been almost three weeks since I placed my order and paid for it, but I haven't heard anything about where it's at. I've tried contacting them a few times for some answers, but all I get back are those automated promo emails. The fact that they're not keeping me in the loop and that my order hasn't been taken care of has me feeling pretty annoyed and unhappy with them.

    I had a terrible experience with this company after buying an LED grow light fixture. I paid $1000 but got the wrong fixture. When I contacted customer service, they argued with me for weeks before admitting their mistake. They sent me the correct fixture without asking, and without providing tracking information. I even have an email promising to give me tracking info that never came. Eventually, I had to ask my credit card company for a chargeback since I couldn't trust the company to give me a refund.

They didn't believe me and said I was making up that the package had been stolen. They even said FedEx confirmed it was delivered properly, even though I never got it.     LED grow light

    I bought an LED grow light from GrowAce not too long ago, and I gotta say, it wasn't the best experience. It took forever – like a whole month – to get my order, which was really frustrating. When I reached out to customer service, they told me that the color I wanted wasn't in stock, but nobody had bothered to tell me beforehand. They blamed it on having fewer workers due to the pandemic, which I get, but it still stung. And to top it off, I kept getting bombarded with emails from GrowAce trying to sell me more stuff, which just added insult to injury. When my order finally showed up, the boxes were all banged up, but luckily the actual product was okay. All in all, the delays and lack of communication definitely put a damper on my GrowAce experience.

    I bought a hydroponic grow kit from this company recently and man, it was super frustrating. Ordering it was easy, but the service I got was not great. I placed my order on January 8th and didn't get a tracking number until over three weeks later. They didn't communicate well and it was a bummer to deal with all the delays without much info.
