A unicorn-shaped pillow
I ordered this really adorable unicorn pillow back on March 6th and I was so pumped for it to arrive! But, when it finally showed up on March 25th, it was delivered to the wrong place. I tried reaching out to both the company and the delivery service, but I never heard back... no refund, no pillow, no explanation. Man, I was super bummed and annoyed about the whole thing. Definitely not gonna be ordering from them again, that's for sure!

It's not every day you come across employees who really care about helping customers, but Eric is definitely a stand-out. With people like him on board, the company is in good shape. I got a cool drone and some headphones.
Oh my goodness, I'm here in the US and I ordered a drone and some headphones from this place. I was so shocked at how fast everything arrived! It was seriously quick and there were no surprise fees or anything. I've been using the drone to snap some amazing pictures and the headphones are awesome for jamming out to music. I've had another drone from this place for a while now and it's still working great. I totally recommend this place for awesome stuff!

Stools never received
I ordered two stools back on July 9th, and now it's already September and I still haven't gotten them. The tracking info hasn't been updated since July 11th, and the company hasn't reached out at all to let me know what's going on. It's really irritating to dish out cash for something and then just never get it, especially when the company doesn't keep me in the loop about what's happening.

Comfortable but too slim
I bought some shoes at this store since I heard they sell really nice stuff. And yeah, the shoes are super comfy and well-made. My only problem is that they're a bit narrow for my feet. They slip off unless I put them on just right. It would be awesome if they could make them a little wider so they fit more people better.

I've ordered natural beauty products from here a couple of times, and I have to say, the service was really great overall. But I gotta admit, some of the complaints I've seen kinda make me roll my eyes. I mean, come on, sometimes mistakes happen that are totally beyond the company's control, like when the manufacturers mess up. Pharmaca can't possibly check every single product that comes through their doors, right? So let's give them a break, folks!

Flight booking experience
My experience booking a flight was a complete nightmare. I got charged too much, and when I called customer service for help, the person on the other end was so rude and not helpful at all. I've never dealt with customer service so bad or a company being so shady like this before. They not only overcharged me, but also snuck in an extra fee on my bill without even telling me why. It's just not right, and I really think people should steer clear of booking with this airline.

I just tried this place out for the first time, and honestly, I wasn't too happy with how things went down. No sweet first-timer discount for me, and on top of that, they ended up charging me double for that 2 for 1 deal! Ugh, total bummer. Like, seriously, where's the love for us newbie customers?
