Supplements and skincare
I decided to check out this place since I've heard so many good things about it. But man, was I let down! They didn't even have half of the things I was looking for, and my order took forever to come, if it even came at all. Turns out their parent company went bankrupt, which makes sense with all the problems. I wish they had just been honest from the start so I didn't waste my time and money.
Discounted order mishap
I tried to buy those pills that were on sale, but my order got canceled for some reason. I called the store, they said it was on backorder, then after waiting forever, they said it was in stock on the website, but I never received it! I called multiple times before finally getting through. I just wanted the same deal I ordered initially, but they only sent me half and refused to honor the original sale price. I also requested a refund for a non-sale item I had bought previously, but they wouldn't do that either. It was a complete disaster!
Online order issue
I've been a loyal customer of Pharmaca for a long time, but my recent online order was a total letdown. Even though I've always shopped in their stores, my first online purchase turned into a complete mess. The package never showed up, even though the tracking info said it was delivered by FedEx SmartPost. When I tried to get help from customer service, they were really unhelpful and wouldn't take responsibility. They wouldn't give me a refund, send my order again, or even file a claim with FedEx SmartPost. This kind of service just isn't okay and it's changed how I see the company.
Large Black Friday order
I recently placed a big order during the Black Friday sales at this one store. I was really happy to save $110 on my purchase, so the total cost was $177.17 after the discount. But then I found out my order got canceled with no notice, and that really bummed me out. When I contacted customer service, Diane and Ashley were not very helpful. They didn't offer any solutions besides saying they might price match if the items were back in stock, but I'd have to keep checking myself. I think this lack of transparency and not caring about customer satisfaction is just not right. I didn't just miss out on the Black Friday savings, but I also wasted a lot of time and energy dealing with this issue. Because of that, I can't recommend this place to anyone who wants a reliable and trustworthy store. So I suggest looking somewhere else for your shopping needs to avoid the hassle.
Lip balm and face wash
Oh my gosh, I was really looking forward to getting that lip balm and face wash, but out of nowhere they canceled my order! They claimed it was out of stock, but I could still see it available on their website. It's really frustrating, I feel like they only cancel the less expensive items!
Online shopping experience
I recently bought something online and found it pretty easy to do. But I gotta tell you, the customer service in the actual store was not good. I had a bad time at the Menlo Park location with a cashier named Hanna. She was rude and gave off a bad vibe, making me feel like I shouldn't have shopped online and returned in-person. It could have been a lot better if Hanna and other employees were trained better.
Wasted Time and Disappointment
I used to rely on this website for my health products, but now it's just a hassle. I've been trying to make orders since August, only to have all of them canceled after waiting for weeks. It's really frustrating to see items listed for sale that they don't even have in stock. It's disappointing that they can't keep track of their inventory properly anymore.
First order, delayed delivery
I bought something from this company a few weeks back, and I gotta say I'm pretty bummed about the slow delivery. I chose the 5 to 7 day shipping, but it's been over 2 weeks now and my order's still not here. Wish I had checked out the reviews first, seems like late deliveries happen a lot with these guys. Won't be making that mistake again.

I recently bought some skincare products from this store and it didn't go so well. I didn't get any updates about my order, never got the tracking number, and my package ended up in a locker instead of my home. It was super annoying not knowing where my stuff was. The customer service wasn't great either. They weren't helpful at all and didn't really try to fix the problem. I was just really unhappy and didn't get my money's worth. I wouldn't recommend ordering from here, based on my not-so-great experience.
Vitamins, Skincare, and Body Products
I've been a loyal customer of this company for many years, depending on them for my vitamins, skincare, and body products. But my recent experiences have been really disappointing. In the last four orders, several items were labeled as "backordered 10-14 days", only for the orders to ultimately get canceled because they couldn't fulfill them. Even though these products are still listed on their website, it seems like they're selling things they don't actually have in stock. I found out that this company got bought out by a new one in 2021, and that seems to be when my orders started going downhill. Overall, I'm really let down and I'm going to take my business elsewhere.
Various health and wellness products
I've been shopping at this store for a long time, and I have to say, they have a really impressive variety of health and wellness products. I shop there multiple times a year, and they always have exactly what I'm looking for. Plus, their shipping is awesome - my orders come really quickly and the packaging is done really well. They clearly put a lot of effort into making sure my stuff arrives safe and sound, which is something I really appreciate. It's definitely one of the things that makes them stand out from other companies I've shopped with before.
Prescription medication, customer service
I've been a loyal customer at this store for years, but lately, it's been a total nightmare. The service has gone downhill fast, with wrong medications, incorrect dosages, and lost prescriptions. The staff turnover is so high that it's hard to get any help or answers. Dealing with medication is serious, and this situation is super frustrating and kind of dangerous. I've had enough - I won't be coming back.
Supplement purchase
I had a really bad experience with this company. They're seriously the worst supplement company I've ever bought from. I've been buying from them on and off for years, but only when they have big discounts. Otherwise, I'd rather order from other trusted places like Vitacost or IHerb. IHerb always gets my orders to me in 1-2 days without any issues. On the other hand, Pharmaca has been a nightmare. It's like a regular thing for them to cancel my orders or items at least a week after I order. It's super frustrating and disappointing. They always say the manufacturer ran out of the product, but I can easily find those same products somewhere else. I don't trust them anymore and I don't expect to actually get my products when I order from them. They're really awful.
Great pricing, fast delivery
I was kinda nervous about ordering from this place since the reviews were iffy, but the prices were too good to pass up. I took a chance and it totally paid off! Even though they said the shipping would take 5-8 business days, I placed my order on a Thursday and got everything by Monday (just 3 business days later)! The product was exactly what I wanted and I would definitely shop here again.
Two awesome purchases
I've made a couple purchases from this store in the past 3 months and both experiences were awesome! Their sales are incredible, even better than what you'd find at Costco. Shipping was a little slow, but that's no big deal. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of some goods.
$100 order for a beauty bag promo
I just spent $100 on Pharmaca's website trying to get that beauty bag promo. Spent two hours picking out stuff to hit the minimum spend but then got bummed when the beauty bag wasn't on my order confirmation. Contacted customer service right away but their response didn't really fix the problem. Pharmaca dropped the ball on their promo and the customer service attitude left me really disappointed and frustrated.
Natural beauty products
I've ordered natural beauty products from here a couple of times, and I have to say, the service was really great overall. But I gotta admit, some of the complaints I've seen kinda make me roll my eyes. I mean, come on, sometimes mistakes happen that are totally beyond the company's control, like when the manufacturers mess up. Pharmaca can't possibly check every single product that comes through their doors, right? So let's give them a break, folks!
First-time order, liquid soap, excellent customer service
I just ordered from Pharmaca for the first time, even though I was a bit hesitant because of some bad reviews. My package showed up in about a week, but it turned out one of the soap bottles was broken. I contacted customer service and sent a picture, and they got back to me super fast with an email and a credit. The way they handled it was really great, and I’ll definitely be shopping with them again.

I was kinda hesitant about ordering from here at first because of some iffy reviews, you know? But oh my goodness, my order got here crazy quick, and it was all on point! Even though I saw some bad reviews, I still decided to give it a shot and was actually pretty happy with how it turned out. The vitamins and supplements I bought all arrived in perfect shape and I got them at a really good price. The only thing that kinda bothered me was that I never got any updates on when my order was coming. I had to log into my account a few days later just to see that it was finished. It made the whole thing a little more exciting, I guess. But in the end, I'm happy with what I got and might order from them again next time.
