Timepiece watch
I just bought a new watch and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how nice it looks and the quality is top-notch. It actually looks even better in real life than it did on the website, so I'm super happy with my purchase. The customer service was also really great - they kept me updated through email about when my order was shipping and when it would arrive, which was really helpful. All in all, I had a really good shopping experience and would definitely recommend this company to anyone in the market for a good watch.

Online order issue
I've been a loyal customer of Pharmaca for a long time, but my recent online order was a total letdown. Even though I've always shopped in their stores, my first online purchase turned into a complete mess. The package never showed up, even though the tracking info said it was delivered by FedEx SmartPost. When I tried to get help from customer service, they were really unhelpful and wouldn't take responsibility. They wouldn't give me a refund, send my order again, or even file a claim with FedEx SmartPost. This kind of service just isn't okay and it's changed how I see the company.

I shop online a lot, and recently I bought a baby stroller from Kidsroom. Their website was easy to use, and I found what I wanted without any trouble. The ordering process went smoothly, and I got a confirmation email right away. But when I went to pick up the stroller, I was surprised to learn that the price didn't include customs fees, which wasn't clearly stated on the website. This made the total cost more than if I had bought the stroller locally. When I buy stuff from Amazon Germany, they always tell me upfront in the description if there are any customs fees, so there are no surprises. My advice to Kidsroom would be to be more transparent about additional costs to avoid confusing customers in the future. Overall, the service was okay, but the pricing issue left me a little disappointed with the whole experience.

It's disappointing to see this company changing their business model like this, it might not end well for them.
