Billing discrepancies
I had a problem at this location where I got charged more than I should have, even though I had credits on my account. Instead of taking the money at the end of the month like they were supposed to, they took it in the middle of the month. Now I'm being told I won't get a refund, but they're going to subtract the credits from my July bill, which is due in mid-June. I'm really upset about this whole situation, and I wouldn't recommend this location because their back office support and billing process are pretty bad. On the bright side, I have to give credit to Alex, the office manager, because he's great and the facilities in Newbury are really clean and well-maintained.

Hey, so we got there early at 7:00, and had to wait around in the lobby until 8:00.
Office space rental
I had a really bad time with renting office space recently. The IT stuff wasn't working right, there were problems with the bills, and I even heard that some workers were going into my space and messing with things. The customer service folks haven't been very helpful in fixing any of this. If you're a small business owner like me, I'd recommend avoiding renting from them because they're not very good at running their business.

Christine is amazing - she's always ahead of the game and has everything ready ahead of time. It totally puts my mind at ease because I know I can concentrate on my work without any problems. She pays attention to every little thing and makes sure everything goes super smooth for our customers. I totally suggest her services to anyone who wants an easy booking process and top-notch customer service.
Cancelled meeting room, bad cancellation policy, dirty rooms
So, we had to cancel our meeting room on time, but then the place totally changed their policy! They made it much longer before the meeting to cancel, not cool at all. And when we actually went to use the rooms, they were so dirty! Trash everywhere, like seriously, clean up your act, Regus!
Flexible office spaces in unexpected locations
I love how there are flexible office spaces now in more suburban areas than I expected. Having a bunch of options is really convenient for people who want to work close to home. I really like the open areas at these spots because they give off a spacious and airy feel, which is great for getting work done. The "Spaces" offices are really impressive with their design and look, creating a more upscale and modern vibe for customers. When the open area looks nice, it makes the whole experience better for everyone using the space.
Convenient coworking space
The folks around here are so friendly and really go out of their way to help, especially Ms. Subhasree and Mr. Raja. The place itself is fantastic - it's got a great setup and it's always super clean, making it the perfect spot to get some work done.
Helpful representative
My rep is awesome, always there to help me out with any problems I've got. She really listens to what I gotta say and gets things sorted out quick. I love coming here because they take care of all my needs. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

As a lawyer, having access to general services during regular business hours is really important to me, especially when there's a commissioner of oaths on-site. It's crucial for my work to have easy access to these services without always needing to bother a coworker. The convenience and efficiency of having these services easily accessible make my experience at this location really positive and seamless.
Great team, responsive, accommodating, contemplating second office
The team at the office I visited was amazing! They were so helpful and quick to respond to any last-minute requests I had. I'm actually considering getting another office in a different city because of how fantastic the service was at this location.

The meeting room rental experience was absolutely great from start to finish. The staff was super helpful and nice, walking me through the booking process smoothly. When I got there, they gave me a warm welcome and led me to a meeting room that was set up perfectly. The facilities were really top-notch, making for a cozy and productive environment all day long. The team on site went out of their way to address our needs quickly and efficiently, tackling technical issues and catering requests like pros. They paid attention to every little detail, making sure everything was clean and our schedule ran smoothly, which made for a super productive and enjoyable day.
Meeting room booking
Why is it that every Regus space I visit seems to have outdated carpets? It's like they're stuck in the past with their shag carpeting from the 90s. Just recently, I booked a meeting room at one of their locations, and when I walked in, I couldn't believe my eyes. The room was clearly decorated in a style from the 90s, and no amount of modern furniture could make it look better. On top of that, the lack of good ventilation made it feel like I was breathing air from the past. We can definitely do better than this in today's world.
Remote office experience
I've been using remote office services since 2021 and I've worked with teams in various locations, including Swatar and Msida Malta. The staff members have always been super helpful and really go the extra mile to help with any requests. I have to give a shoutout to Vanessa from the Swatar office for her outstanding service.
Cleanliness in the community kitchen
Well, I work at this place and they have a rule about putting dirty dishes in the dishwasher, but some folks don't follow it and just leave them in the sink. The other day, I saw someone actually cleaning up all the dishes and the sink, and it was great. It made me feel better about the kitchen being clean. It was really cool to see that.
Coworking center experience
The manager at this coworking space is really something special. She's fantastic at connecting with all the customers and making everyone feel important. Not only is she a great communicator, but she also brings a positive and energetic vibe that really boosts the office morale. I really admire her commitment to giving top-notch customer service.
Co-working space experience
Oh my gosh, I went to this super cool co-working space and it was amazing! The people working there were really friendly and the vibe was so relaxed. Plus, they offer free tea, which is awesome, right? The desks were comfortable, and I especially liked that they had private call rooms available. It was seriously the best!
Virtual office membership
The virtual office itself is really great and Adam, the community manager, is awesome to talk to. But, I had a problem - I got charged twice without knowing it. They said someone from the Account Department would reach out, but that never happened. The accounting and billing department definitely needs some improvement.

The manager at the center, Magda, was amazing with customer service the whole time I was there. As soon as I walked in, she was super friendly, got things done quickly, and knew her stuff inside and out. Magda really took the time to listen to all my questions and worries, making me feel truly important as a customer. Her customer service was top-notch, and really showed the bar for others to reach. Thanks a ton, Magda, for making my experience so awesome!

My experience at this location was not great. The process of ordering was confusing and slow, with staff who didn't seem to know what they were doing. The service was lacking, and made me feel like they didn't care about my experience. The prices were way too high for what you got, especially with the bad service. The meeting space was also late, which made things more stressful for me. Overall, I was really let down by this location.
Office space rental experience
I've been having a really rough time with this office space rental situation. The accounting team takes forever to get back to me, there's no phone number to call for help, and when I ask to talk to a manager, they just ignore my requests. Not only that, but I've been overcharged, charged the wrong amount, and even double-charged, which has led to me spending weeks trying to get a refund that I still haven't received.<br><br>On top of all that, the rent keeps going up while they take away services or start charging for things that used to be free. The desks are getting smaller, the storage space in the co-working areas is gone, and now they're even charging for tea and coffee without asking - you have to tell them if you don't want it. It feels like they're trying every possible way to get more money from us, without caring about how it affects our satisfaction as customers.
