Exotic perfume purchase
I just bought this amazing exotic perfume from Perfumes Guru and I gotta say, I am so happy with it. The scent is just so captivating and it lasts forever, making me feel like I can take on the world whenever I wear it. Plus, the packaging was super fancy and made me feel like I was treating myself to something really special. I am definitely gonna be coming back to Perfumes Guru for all my fragrance needs in the future.

Lost package, slow customer service
I had this super awful experience with a company that's usually super popular, but man, their customer service was the worst. I emailed them about my lost package and it took a whole week for them to respond and another two weeks to actually fix the problem and give me a refund. It felt like forever between each email from them, like 3 to 7 days, so I started to think they weren't even getting my messages. It was just super frustrating and honestly pretty disappointing, especially since this company usually has a good rep.
