Fast, professional, great company
This company is really great in every way. When I ordered something, I was super impressed by how quick and professional they were. The ordering process was easy and simple, and I liked how their website was easy to use. The customer service team knew a lot and helped me out, giving me all the info I needed. The prices were actually pretty good for the nice products I got. And my order showed up earlier than I thought, all safe and sound. I'm so happy with my experience shopping here. I totally recommend them to anyone who needs their stuff.

Genetic health data analysis
The genetic health data analysis from this company is really helpful for people who want to keep an eye on their health in the long run. I thought the data was spot-on and it really helped me understand what my body needs. However, I think the diet guide they gave me could use a little work. It's useful, but some of the recommendations seem hard for everyday folks to stick to. I didn't find some of the food choices very appealing and the plan itself got pretty boring. All in all, I think this company does a great job with their accurate data, but they could make some improvements to the nutrition plan they offer.

Virtual office membership
The virtual office itself is really great and Adam, the community manager, is awesome to talk to. But, I had a problem - I got charged twice without knowing it. They said someone from the Account Department would reach out, but that never happened. The accounting and billing department definitely needs some improvement.

New gear for my furry friend
Oh my gosh, I just got the most amazing stuff for my pet! The packaging was so cool and when I opened it, I was like yesss! Everything was such great quality, I couldn't believe it. I started using it all right away because I was so excited. Now, I'm thinking about switching my subscription to get more every month because it's just that awesome.

Coffee maker and tea kettle
Not at all what I was expecting for quality. It has been a while since I owned Bodum but when it came time for a new coffee maker Bodum was my 1st choice. After receiving the product. I am disappointed. It is so cheaply made. ALL PLASTIC. Customer service is not helpful. The responses seem like you are conversing with a robot. Returning will cost me more in shipping and restocking fees then my refund would be.
