Absorbent DE Purchase

I recently bought a bag of Absorbent DE from this site and it got to me super quick, which was a nice surprise. The item was just like they described, but I wanted to give a heads up to anyone thinking about buying it. Definitely take the time to read the description carefully because this DE isn't meant for pool filters. I made the mistake of assuming it would work for that, but it's actually made for cleaning up spills. I ended up grinding it myself to use, but it still had a brownish gray color instead of the bright white you'd normally see for pools. Overall, I was happy with my purchase and the product itself.

Fantastic customer service

I had such an amazing experience with the customer service here. The front desk folks were so helpful, even giving me a call when my pet's medication came in. Filip was super friendly and really helped me relax during the appointment. Amy was also great to work with. The vets were really busy but they still made time to get back to me quickly and answer all my questions. Joana, in particular, was an amazing vet who really listened to my concerns and gave me great advice. I'm just thrilled with the service I got here.

did read some negative reviews after ordering, so I was nervous. Their updates on orders are alittle wierd, but when I wanted to know about mine, they responded very quickly. It actually came one week before the date they gave me! Good for me since I was home that day, but could present delivery issues for people who are expecting/not expecting to arrive since these are very heavy boxes if you were planning to have alittle help. Got a desk and file cabinet for a price lower than I would have with just the same desk elsewhere.

Long handled aluminum scoop shovel

I'd been looking high and low for a light weight, long-handled aluminum scoop shovel for weeks, checking online and in stores. Finally stumbled upon GoVets and they had just what I was after, and at a decent price too. Their product range was impressive and their website was super easy to use. DEF product purchase

This was my first time using GoVets and let me tell you, I was really impressed by how fast and efficient their service was. I ordered a DEF product for my diesel vehicle and was thinking it would take a few days to get here. But guess what? It arrived in just one day! The product was spot on for what I needed and the price was the best deal I could find, plus they threw in free shipping. I'll definitely be coming back to them for my next product purchase.

Second time ordering

This was my second time ordering from this store, and let me tell you, the delivery was lightning fast and spot on. Sure, some of the stuff I got was a bit messed up, but the customer service totally came through! They grabbed the damaged items and sent replacements immediately. It was really great!

Desk, Bookshelf, Drawers

I paid $415 through GoVets for the exact same order that was in my cart to Office Max for $764. I thought that it had to be a scam but for a chance to save $300 I took a gamble after reading the mixed reviews.

Everything went perfectly. 2 of the 3 pieces were delivered in three days. The third come a week later. Great experience, good communication along the way. I highly recommend GoVets. I don't know how they stay in business with such low prices.

Air compressor dryer replacement parts

The customer service from GoVets was fantastic. I was looking for a replacement part for my air compressor dryer, and GoVets had exactly what I needed. Their website was super user-friendly, and the prices were reasonable. I placed my order on a Sunday, and by Friday morning, the parts were at my door. The delivery was quick, and the parts matched what I requested. I got my compressor working again the same day. Overall, my shopping experience at GoVets was great.

Exterior mold resistant paint for my cinder block house and garage. The price was more than $25 dollars cheaper than Walmart, and Walmart was charging $8 per gallon shipping as well. The boxes arrived in a couple of days in excellent condition as I hoped. I have been a returning shopper since that first order. The free shipping is wonderful, and the prices are much better than anywhere else I have searched. I have recommended this site to many friends.

48 by 60 1/4" Tempered Glass desk/floor mat

Ordered above, with reservations, because it was glass. It was priced better than ALL of the competition AND had free shipping. Being a vet myself, I took a chance. WOW! A 70 pound piece of glass was in my garage "in one piece" waiting for me just 4 days after ordering. I am TOTALLY impressed with the efficiency of GoVets. Highly recommend them to anyone. Great job guys and keep up the good work.

Puppies' first vaccinations and microchips

I brought my 6 puppies to get their first shots and microchips yesterday. The people at the front desk were really friendly, and the waiting room was super clean. The vet was so nice and took great care of my little ones when giving them their shots. I would totally recommend this place to anyone!

My super fast order

I am so impressed with GoVets! They had exactly what I needed in stock, unlike our usual company that always puts things on back order. I didn't even have to reach out for updates because they were constantly communicating with me. Their customer service is fantastic!

Powdered laundry detergent

Prompt service, delivered the products on time. I'm satisfied with the products and definitely recommend to others.

Glue

Hard to see how an order that completely failed - can still get a 4 out of 10.
I Ordered an item that never came. No one contacted me that it would not come for "possibly" 6 weeks - that's after 2 weeks already went by - and I contacted them - and waited 4 more days to finally get a refund. Ordering is easy. I had to use the customer chat box to find the problem. The live chat lady was nice and efficient. So the '4' is all for her.

Magellan L shaped desk

The absolute worst experience I ever had ordering online. They sent me the wrong item and said I have to wait 5-7 business after they receive the wrong item for them to send me the correct one. This holds me up bad as I needed to have my home office setup soon. There is no phone number to contact them and it takes days to get help by email. This was my first order with them and it will definitely be my last. Beware and stay away from this company.

Mean green industrial cleaner

Ordered on July 2nd and didn't
hear anything from them till I messaged then over and over again. They shouldn't be selling items they can't deliver.
They claim they will refund my money but I will not be holding my breath.
Have read other similar complaints. Stay clear of this company.

A simple 19inch monitir

Couldn't wait for them. Asked for refund. Haven't been contacted yet about that. Waited almost a whole month. No monitor. I don't even live far. Told me they're working "diligently". That was two weeks ago. First time customer. Last time I'll order from them.

Realspace 5 shelf bookcase

Ordered item in April, great price but...After 1 week I inquired when to expect shipment. After 2 days of numerous e-mails I was informed that the item was not in stock at a local warehouse and wouldn't be until mid July. This bookcase said in stock on there website!! When you enter your zip code for delivery you should be informed if that item is in stock and available, or not. I will never order from this site again, amateurs.

Desk hutch

Ordered a desk hutch. After a month of waiting for some sort of information i found out it was supposedly damaged in shipment. They never contacted me.. now i have been waiting a second month after they said they would ship another hutch. Supposedly it shipped but no tracking and no arrival date. Email says to check my account but it doesn't show up on their horrible order history. I don't recommend them. At this point i will cut my losses and order the hutch from a more reputable company
