I waited 2 months for absolutely no reason. I requested my order be cancelled and my money be refunded. They should wait until they are sure they can ship and actually have the product before allowing so many pre-orders. I'm a vet too and I need for them to do better.
Roller Ramps
I ordered a product at the beginning of December and received the wrong product the middle of January. I have emailed and called several times with little to no response. Last communication was beginning of February and they said they would get me the right product. I have emailed twice more with no response and still not received the correct product.
I placed and order on 2-21-21 and they took my money,NOTHING has arrived !!!! I have sent emails, texts, ect... NO help at all....::(
2 Bankers Lamps
Ordered two new bankers lamps. They arrived with one lamp having a glaring flaw in the glass shade and the other missing the LED bulb that is supposed to be included (as in the marred one in this order).When I contacted what they call customer service and asked for assistance I was informed that this was delivered thru "Office Depot" and they don't think they could/would do anything...I would/will NEVER order from this "company" again.Beware!!!
FAIL: Non- purchase of printer
My father is a vet as is my father-in- law, my brother and two of my brothers-in law. I wanted to support this organization.
This website did not have the BEST price but because it was only slightly higher AND since the website said it was in stock, I ordered from GoVets due to its being a veterans' organization.
I ordered the printer on 12/08/20 for a new business office launch on 01/04/21. I received an immediate order confirmation. I waited and watched for the charge to come out of my account. It took a week (12/15). I figured they must not charge until the order is shipped but I received no shipping confirmation.
I checked the website repeatedly over the next few days. All it would tell me was that no information was available for my order.
WHAT!!??!!!
Finally, they emailed me on 12/23 - over two weeks after I received an order confirmation and 8 DAYS after they took my money. They said AND I QUOTE: "We have been notified by the Supplier that your item is unavailable and cannot be fulfilled. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience this may have caused you as we are working very hard to give you current information."
WHAT!!??!!!
They said it was in stock. Gosh - was that current? (They still say it is in stock. Gosh - is that current?) They took my money without having the goods on hand. As for giving me current information, all the website ever said was that information on my order was unavailable.
I don't want to call these guys liars but certainly my experience showed them to be incompetent or not forthcoming at best.
I did receive my refund promptly but had I gone with another company and paid a little more I would have had a few days before my business launch to set up and get familiar with my new copier.
I definitely will not try to do business with this organization again.buying cialis online safely
Thanks for this review! I was going to order a printer from govet but I need it by the second week in February. The one I want says it’s in stock, but then again, so did yours.
Google Nest IQ Cams
I placed an order for an item that was listed”in stock”. After receiving my order confirmation days later, I never heard back from them. The email said I’d receive updates about 5-7 business days when they ship the item. Fast forward almost 2 weeks later I decided to give them a call to check on my order. Turns out the item is back ordered and never received any notice.
Of course I requested a refund, but now I have to wait 1-3 business days for them to “approve” my cancellation request. I’m a fellow Vet but the ball was def dropped in regard fo service and fulfillment. Not recommended.
