A Positive Shopping Experience
I recently purchased a rug from Rugs USA and I have to say, I am extremely pleased with my experience. The website was easy to navigate and there was a wide selection of rugs to choose from. I was able to find the perfect rug for my living room and the price was very reasonable.
The ordering process was simple and my rug arrived sooner than expected. The quality of the rug is fantastic and it looks even better in person than it did online. I have received many compliments on it from friends and family.

Rug pad issue resolution with online representative
I just wanted to share that I had a problem with the rug pad I got from this company. But, their online customer service person really helped me out and solved the issue fast. I was so thankful for their quick and friendly help. I'll definitely tell others about this company and I'll be coming back again myself.
Paypal payment issue
I ran into a problem with my shipping address when I used Paypal to pay for my order. Luckily, the customer service rep was really helpful in canceling the order and showing me how to input the right address so my stuff would get sent to the correct place. I'm grateful for the fast help and support I got.
Promo code question answered quickly
I had a question about a promo code and the folks were quick to respond! Then I was able to order my rug without any issues. Also, love how you can see what the rugs look like in a real room!

I ran into a little issue with my credit card when I tried to place my first order. I reached out to customer support and Vikas really came through for me. He replied super fast and got everything sorted out so I could order the rug I had my eye on. What a hero!
Expensive rug purchase
I just bought a rug online that cost way too much, and let me tell you, it was a major letdown when it showed up. Dealing with their return policy was a nightmare - they wanted to stick me with this crazy fee to send it back. After a lot of arguing, they finally caved and lowered the cost, but the damage was done. Lesson learned: I won't be shopping with them again.
