Pore-minimizing foundation stick
I recently bought a pore-minimizing foundation stick from this cosmetics brand. But man, I was so let down because it actually made my pores stand out more instead of minimizing them. I contacted customer service to get a return label, and they just hit me with the news that they don't do returns or exchanges for international orders. That lack of customer support really left me feeling annoyed and unhappy with this brand.

The team at the office I visited was amazing! They were so helpful and quick to respond to any last-minute requests I had. I'm actually considering getting another office in a different city because of how fantastic the service was at this location.

Knife purchase
I bought a knife from this store and the customer service was terrible. When I called to ask about my order, the person I talked to didn't seem to care and wasn't helpful. She was rude and told me to check the USPS website for shipping delays. I asked to speak to a manager, but my call went to voicemail and they never called me back. I also emailed customer service, but never got a response. The lack of communication and bad attitude from the staff really let me down.

Yeah, so I got this home insurance and man, it was a real hassle. They flat out denied someone just because of their skin color, like, seriously? Not cool at all. They definitely need to be called out for that kind of discrimination. They need to step up and treat everyone the same, no question.

I searched for months, but I finally found the perfect pair of loafers. These shoes aren't just nice to look at, they also feel amazing on my feet. Better sleep with mouthpiece
I wasn't sure if the mouthpiece would really work because it was so cheap, but I've been pleasantly surprised with the results. My husband has been using it for 11 months now, and his snoring has improved a lot, which has made his sleep quality much better. When he forgets to wear it, the snoring comes back, so I know the mouthpiece is working. It's not only helping him sleep better, but it's also improved my sleep because I don't have to keep waking him up anymore. Overall, it's been a really helpful product that has changed our sleep for the better. The customer service was great too - they were responsive and very helpful when we needed them.

Oh my gosh, I just finished this drug safety training course and it was awesome! I learned a lot about how to keep medicines safe and how to report side effects. The videos were really engaging and I even got a certificate when it was all done. I feel like a legit scientist now!

Learning Greek app
I've been using this app to learn Greek every day and practice speaking. It's decent for that, but I keep seeing a ton of errors with the grammar. I even check my grammar book and the app still messes up. I reported a mistake before, and they said they'd correct it, but it keeps happening, especially with the verbs. It's frustrating because I want to rely on the app, but the mistakes are making it difficult.

Disposable Vapes
Placed a order. Ecigmafia said they shipped my +$100 order. I waited a few days and noticed that USPS said they never received it. Went back and forth over email with support for a week. They made me wait 8 days before they would reship anything. Finally they shipped it and I got it 16 days later. Never received any compensation or discount for the waste of my time or for the rude and slow support. Will never purchase here again. Order ...164414

What ever their response don't fall victim to this scam.Same man, I tried to cancel my order 5 minutes after ordering it because I was unable to use the discount code and it is currently 13 days later and I’m still trying to get my money back. I tried cancelling multiple times and they are making me pay a “restock fee” of 20% even though the items haven’t even been shipped out. Total scam!!!

My order was suppose to contain 3 facemasks, a truck antenna, and decal. I received 2 facemasks and the antenna. Never again.
Same, the only difference is, it's been over 2 weeks and they haven't shipped anything. All they did was take my money. They're scammers. Making a claim tomorrow.
