Highly Satisfied with Mondly Language Learning App
As a client of Mondly, I have had a great experience using their language learning app. The lessons are interactive and engaging, and I appreciate the variety of languages offered. I had a little problem when I tried to log into my account right after I renewed my subscription for this language learning app. It was annoying, but I decided to shoot an email to customer service for some help. I got a response pretty quickly from a guy named Efrain, and he actually sorted everything out for me in one go. I was back using the app without any more hiccups. Gotta hand it to him, the customer service was really top-notch and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with the help I got.

I absolutely love this program! I first started using it while I was living in Germany back in 2019, and let me tell you, it was amazing. I think it's really cool that there's this app that helps me learn all sorts of different languages, even Greek! I ran into a little hiccup with my membership, but the support team was incredibly nice and helpful. I definitely suggest this app to anyone looking to pick up a new language.

The customer service for this language learning program was amazing. The program is really helpful for learning the two languages I'm into, but I think more repetition would be handy to really grasp new concepts. Overall, I definitely recommend this program. Also, can we get Swahili included in the language options soon?
App with useful vocabulary and range of languages
I really think this app is super useful for learning new words that you won't find on other platforms. And there are so many languages to choose from, it's pretty awesome! It's opened up a whole new world of languages for me to check out that I never even thought about before.
Language learning program
I bought this language learning program thinking it would be great for beginners like me, but boy was I wrong! It was super challenging and there were no explanations for mistakes in the lessons. Plus, they didn't really cover grammar in a good way, so it was hard to understand the basics of the language. And man, it was expensive! Definitely not budget-friendly, especially for students. The pronunciation teaching wasn't that great either, it needed more detail. But hey, at least they had short daily lessons to practice the language.
Learning Greek app
I've been using this app to learn Greek every day and practice speaking. It's decent for that, but I keep seeing a ton of errors with the grammar. I even check my grammar book and the app still messes up. I reported a mistake before, and they said they'd correct it, but it keeps happening, especially with the verbs. It's frustrating because I want to rely on the app, but the mistakes are making it difficult.
