I just started using a language learning app to learn Farsi, and I've run into a few problems. First off, there seem to be some differences between how prepositions are spoken and how they are written in sentences, which can get confusing. Also, when I write words using Arabic letters, the app doesn't connect the letters correctly as they should be in handwriting. And the speaking exercises are tough - I'm not sure if it's the app or my laptop's microphone, because even when I think I'm saying things right, I still struggle to get a good score. Overall, the app could use some improvements in its language exercises and accuracy.
Helpful and patient customer service
I had a really good experience with the customer service team at this company. The person I talked to was super helpful and patient while helping me with an issue I was having accessing their services. I was pleasantly surprised by how much they cared about fixing my problem and how dedicated they were to making sure it was resolved.
Program, Germany, 2019, discussions, hotel, restaurant, vocabulary
I absolutely love this program! I first started using it while I was living in Germany back in 2019, and let me tell you, it was amazing. It really helped me with everyday conversations, like chatting about hotels and restaurants. Plus, it was so great for expanding my vocabulary and picking up new words. I would definitely suggest it to anyone looking to learn a new language and enjoy the process.
Language learning app
Mondly is a really awesome language learning app that has a bunch of lessons and stuff for both grown-ups and kids. I've been using it to learn Croatian, and my son has been using the kids' section for Spanish. The pictures are fun, the lessons make sense, and there's a lot of stuff to do. But the best part about Mondly is their customer service. Efrain from customer service was super helpful, patient, and made sure everything was right with my account. It's nice to see a company that really cares about their customers. I totally recommend Mondly to anyone who wants to get better at a new language.
Subscribed language learning app
I had a little problem when I tried to log into my account right after I renewed my subscription for this language learning app. It was annoying, but I decided to shoot an email to customer service for some help. I got a response pretty quickly from a guy named Efrain, and he actually sorted everything out for me in one go. I was back using the app without any more hiccups. Gotta hand it to him, the customer service was really top-notch and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with the help I got.
Learning Greek app
I've been using this app to learn Greek every day and practice speaking. It's decent for that, but I keep seeing a ton of errors with the grammar. I even check my grammar book and the app still messes up. I reported a mistake before, and they said they'd correct it, but it keeps happening, especially with the verbs. It's frustrating because I want to rely on the app, but the mistakes are making it difficult.
