Failed pick-up location confirmation
I recently had the worst experience ever with this company. I made sure to confirm the pick-up location three times with them, and they assured me it was at our hotel. Imagine my frustration when we called the agency and found out it was actually at their office location! This mistake caused us to miss out on a tour, ruining our New Year's Eve plans. It is totally not cool that they gave us the wrong info, especially since we count on these services to have a good time while traveling. I am so upset and mad at how unprofessional this company is.

Dries Van Noten boots
My recent shopping experience with Farfetch was really good. The customer service was amazing - super helpful and quick to respond to my questions. The delivery came right on time and everything was packed nicely, though the Dries Van Noten box got a little banged up in transit. I found the app easy to use, especially the size guide and the alerts for items that came back in stock. Being a platinum user, I got some nice discounts and perks. My only suggestion would be to let users save more than 100 items on their wishlist. But all in all, I had a great time shopping with Farfetch.

LED mirror purchase
I just bought an LED mirror from ______ and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with it. The mirror itself is awesome - it's got some extra features that make life easier, like different light settings and a clock and temperature display that actually work. The only downside was that there was a delay in getting my order because they lost the mirror and had to make a new one. But on the bright side, they threw in free shipping to make up for it.

Oh my gosh, I really love OneClass! It's so awesome for finding study materials. I'm definitely planning on using it again when I go back to school next year. I hope they keep adding more cool features for studying, that would be amazing!
