Failed pick-up location confirmation
I recently had the worst experience ever with this company. I made sure to confirm the pick-up location three times with them, and they assured me it was at our hotel. Imagine my frustration when we called the agency and found out it was actually at their office location! This mistake caused us to miss out on a tour, ruining our New Year's Eve plans. It is totally not cool that they gave us the wrong info, especially since we count on these services to have a good time while traveling. I am so upset and mad at how unprofessional this company is.

Dries Van Noten boots
My recent shopping experience with Farfetch was really good. The customer service was amazing - super helpful and quick to respond to my questions. The delivery came right on time and everything was packed nicely, though the Dries Van Noten box got a little banged up in transit. I found the app easy to use, especially the size guide and the alerts for items that came back in stock. Being a platinum user, I got some nice discounts and perks. My only suggestion would be to let users save more than 100 items on their wishlist. But all in all, I had a great time shopping with Farfetch.

Ordered a jacket in January
I ordered this jacket back in January, thinking I'd have it in no time and be all warm and cozy. But here we are, three whole weeks later, and still no sign of my jacket! Can you even believe it? I tried to cancel my order, but they said no way because it was on back order. Then, the first week of February rolls around and they double charged my credit card for a jacket I never even received! And yet, I'm still jacket-less. So, I gave them a call and basically threatened to report them to the BBB and my credit card company if they didn't cancel my order. Finally, they agreed to cancel it, but they still charged me $10.61. Like, seriously? I'm currently disputing that with my credit card company. The customer service was just terrible. When I called them, they blamed their poor service on Covid, which was literally four years ago. Ugh, my advice is to steer clear of buying from them. They seriously need to shut down.

Great customer service! The staff was so helpful and gave me some awesome recommendations for three items. My order got here in the UK real quick, only took two days. These Japan Blue jeans I got are seriously the best jeans I've ever had. Thanks a bunch, you all are amazing!

LED mirror purchase
I just bought an LED mirror from ______ and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with it. The mirror itself is awesome - it's got some extra features that make life easier, like different light settings and a clock and temperature display that actually work. The only downside was that there was a delay in getting my order because they lost the mirror and had to make a new one. But on the bright side, they threw in free shipping to make up for it.

I just ordered some personal checks and the whole experience was awesome. The checks got here right on time and having the tracking number was super helpful to see where they were. Plus, the lady I talked to on the phone to place the order again was so nice and really helped me out. No doubt I'll be ordering from them again for the third time whenever I need more checks.
