    I recently had the worst experience ever with this company. I made sure to confirm the pick-up location three times with them, and they assured me it was at our hotel. Imagine my frustration when we called the agency and found out it was actually at their office location! This mistake caused us to miss out on a tour, ruining our New Year's Eve plans. It is totally not cool that they gave us the wrong info, especially since we count on these services to have a good time while traveling. I am so upset and mad at how unprofessional this company is.

    Universal Studios Japan Express pass purchase

    I just bought the Universal Studios Japan Express pass and man, was I bummed out. Turns out one of the rides included in the pass was closed on the day I went. The vouchers I got clearly said the ride we wanted to go on was closed, and if I had known that ahead of time, I wouldn't have bothered with the pass. So I hit up customer service right after I found out, but they basically told me tough luck. It's really annoying to deal with this kind of misleading advertising, especially when they promise a major attraction but it's not even available.

    I had a really annoying thing happen with a booking I made online for some train tickets. The HSR tickets I bought had the wrong year of birth on the voucher they gave me. At first, I thought I messed up and reached out to customer service to fix it. But when I looked into it more, I found out that the mistake was actually on the voucher they gave me, not on my end.

    My experience with this tour booking company was extremely disappointing. The vendor they used ended up being unreliable, and when I contacted customer support for assistance, all I got was blame and excuses. They made it obvious that they didn't care about fixing the problem or helping me out. I've never felt so ripped off and disrespected by a company. It's unbelievable how they can do business like this and not face any consequences. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of booking with this company. It's not worth the hassle.

    Universal Studios Japan Express Pass

    This company's customer service is absolutely terrible. I bought express passes for Universal Studios Japan, but got tickets for a time when I won't even be there. They don't offer any entry time options like other sites do, and my purchase went through without giving me a choice. Despite my efforts to get a refund or change the time, they stick to their 'no refunds' policy and won't assist. It's really frustrating to spend $1000 on tickets I can't use. I'm currently working with my bank to dispute this.

    Car rental transfer experience

    I just used a car rental service for a ride I booked online and man, was it a letdown. The transfer price they advertised wasn't accurate at all, and on top of that, they hit me with extra charges when I went to pick up the car that they didn't mention when I booked online. The car they gave me was old, rode rough, and didn't even have a seat belt in the back middle seat. I thought I'd get straight-up pricing and a decent car, but that wasn't the case here. If you're looking for a car rental company, I'd recommend going with someone else to avoid the same kind of problems.

    7-day Japan Sim card purchase

    I recently bought a 7-day Japan Sim card from this site, but when I got it, there was no data included. Can you imagine having signal but no internet connection? I was so frustrated, felt like I got scammed, and customer service was not helpful at all. I tried reaching out for assistance, but all I got were unhelpful responses and told to contact someone who I couldn't even get in touch with. This whole situation just made me feel let down and tricked. It also made me question if the positive reviews on their website are legit or if they're just filtering out any negative feedback to keep up their image.

    Kyoto day tour

    I just got back from a day tour in Kyoto that I booked for April 17th, 2019, and let me tell you, it was a disaster. First off, the tour guide barely spoke English and only explained things in Japanese, even though there were a bunch of foreign tourists on the bus. Then, the timing was all messed up - we were rushed through too many places too quickly, and the tour guide walked so fast, it was impossible to keep up. Lastly, the info they gave us was a joke - they didn't go over all the pickup details after drop-off and didn't have any backup plans. I wouldn't recommend this tour to anyone.

    JR Pass purchase

    I had the worst experience with buying my JR Pass! I got it on March 1st and it was horrible from the beginning. Delivery failed without telling me, and after two weeks, it still hadn't come. Customer service was so slow and not helpful, you could only reach them through the app. They told me to check a tracking website and then talk to the delivery service, which I had to do on my own. Now it's going to take 2-3 days for them to look into it, and my trip is only a week away. I'm so frustrated and don't know if I'll even get my money back. Stay far away from this company!
