I really think this app is super useful for learning new words that you won't find on other platforms. And there are so many languages to choose from, it's pretty awesome! It's opened up a whole new world of languages for me to check out that I never even thought about before.

Got a purse
I ordered this purse online and when it finally got here, guess what? Empty box! Can you believe it? So of course I had to deal with customer service, making phone calls, sending evidence, filling out forms... ugh, what a nightmare. It felt like it took FOREVER to finally get my money back. I even had to pull out the big guns and threaten legal action before they moved. Two whole months later! And all they could say was "Sorry for the inconvenience." Like, seriously?! 😠

I absolutely love the handcrafted jewelry I got from Novica! It's like a masterpiece. I can tell how much care and talent went into making it. Seeing it up close, it was even more stunning than in the pictures online. The materials used were top-notch. It's awesome to know I'm supporting an artisan from a developing country with my purchase. Makes me cherish the jewelry even more. Puzzle purchase
The packaging for the puzzle I bought was way too much and unnecessary. It took me forever to unwrap and open it because there were so many layers of wrapping and tape. And on top of that, there was this tangled mess of noodle-like stuff inside that made it even harder to get to the puzzle. It's kind of funny that the packaging looked like it was eco-friendly, but it was actually just full of extra plastic trash. I think it would be a good idea to use simpler, more sustainable packaging in the future to help the environment. Despite the packaging problems, the puzzle itself is really nice and looks good. But I do wish the size was a bit bigger for a better experience. In the end, dealing with the packaging was more frustrating than enjoying the puzzle.

Man, I spent $100 on stuff thinking I was getting a $15 discount. But nope, thanks to some crazy rule I only got $1.93 off. Seriously?! I get that maybe discounts don't stack, but still, it sucks. Now I'm reaching out to their support team to straighten this out. Ugh, talk about frustrating!

Shoes
I bought a pair of shoes from this store recently, and man, it was a major letdown. They sent me the wrong shoes - pink high tops for little girls instead of the Nikes I wanted. When I let them know about the mix-up, they took forever to tell me that the Nikes I wanted weren't even in stock. And let me tell ya, their customer service was no help at all. They didn't seem to care about the trouble they caused me. I even asked for a coupon or some kind of compensation, but they shot me down. When I asked for a refund, they said it would take days to process, even though they took my money right away when I made the purchase. The whole thing left me feeling super frustrated and disappointed. My advice to anyone thinking of buying from this store is to skip it and go with a local business that cares more about its customers.

They sent me these shoes that were like, super huge! So when I wanted to send them back and get my money back, they made me pay for the shipping. And get this, they didn't even have my size available. Now I'm just stuck with a credit that's gonna expire and I won't even get my cash back. What a total scam, right?

Oh my gosh, I had the worst time with their cancel policy! It's like they make it so hard to cancel - they just want you to email them over and over. And get this, they don't even have a phone number, just a dumb form to fill out! Ugh, it's so annoying. I wish I never bought from them and I wouldn't recommend their stuff to anyone. Like, never again!

I gotta say, the flowers I got for my sister-in-law from Cyber Florist were amazing! Ordering online was super easy, and the flowers showed up right on time. My sister-in-law was over the moon about them and kept gushing about how gorgeous they were. I was so happy to see that they made sure she had enough water in case she wasn't home to get them right away. And the container they came in was a nice extra touch that she adored. Clothing sizes varied, some items poorly sewn
I wouldn't recommend spending your money on these clothes. They seem like they were put together kind of cheaply, you know? Plus, the sizes were off, so I ended up only liking one thing. Honestly, the quality is pretty low and I don't think it's worth the price. The only things that were okay were the two tops I got. They worked for what I needed them for. All in all, my first time shopping there was a letdown.

Those jeans were such a disappointment. I thought they were going to make me look amazing, but instead, they made me look huge. And they were way too expensive! I've been dealing with hot feet lately for no apparent reason. It's been causing me to kick off my duvet all night and have trouble sleeping. But then I tried out the BedJet, and finally, I found a solution! It was way more simple and affordable than other options out there. I played around with the device until I found the perfect setting - now I keep it on a low fan level that quietly cools down my feet. My sleep quality has improved so much since then. Oh! And I gotta mention their awesome customer service. I needed to return an optional sheet, and they handled it with no problem at all. I got my refund super quick too. Dress
I was so excited to receive this adorable dress I had found on Petal and Pup. It looked super cute online, however in person, the fabric was cheap and extremely see through. I am unhappy with my order as it was a 75 dollar dress and looks and feels cheap. I knew it was going to be see through as soon as I could see my hand through both layers of the dress. Super unattractive. I will NEVER buy from here again. I can only imagine all of their dresses come like this. Cute online and once you receive, cheap as can be and not what I expected at all.
