Scrub trousers
The quality of the scrub pants is pretty good, but they're not sized right. I usually wear a small (UK 8), but even though I got the regular fit, they were too big. Kept slipping down and all baggy on me. Plus, despite being petite length, they were too long for my 5'3 height. The slits at the bottom made it look like flares/bell-bottoms, which didn't look good on me. Overall, I wasn't happy with what I bought because it was pricey, took a long time to arrive, and it's hard to do international returns/exchanges.
Expensive scrubs needing return/exchange
Hey everyone, I had a really tough time trying to return/exchange my over £1000 worth of scrubs. I reached out for help, filed a complaint, and got absolutely no response. How is that okay? I know I'm not the only one dealing with this problem, so what's going on? I just want my money back or some good customer service, not this mess.
Scrubs purchase, exchange issue
I recently bought some scrubs from this company and had some trouble with their customer service. I tried to exchange two tops for different styles and sizes, but I had a hard time doing so. I reached out multiple times through phone and email, but I haven't heard back from them at all. It's frustrating and disappointing to not get any help or communication. Good customer service is important to me, so this experience has made me feel unsatisfied and unappreciated as a customer.
There are other brands like Fabletics, Mandala, and Jaanu that offer similar products with better customer service. They have great quality at more reasonable prices. I would suggest looking into these options before buying from this company.Scrubs purchase deception
I just bought a set of scrubs from this company and gotta say, I was let down by the whole thing. People were raving about how great the brand is, but honestly, the quality of the fabric was just okay. What really got me was how they didn't pay attention to detail when designing the men's athletic scrub bottoms - they didn't even have a fly zipper! It was pretty clear that they just took women's bottoms and tried to pass them off as men's, which is just not right. On top of that, the scrub tops were supposed to have three pockets, but guess what? There was only one. The false advertising really left a bad taste in my mouth.
Return Issue
I'm really upset about how this company handled my return request. I emailed them multiple times for help, but never heard back. The return label they provided didn't work with the shipping company, and even after they said they'd respond in 2 days, they never did. It's so frustrating and disrespectful to ignore a customer like that, especially when I'm trying to return over $250 worth of items. I won't be buying from them again, and I'll definitely warn others about my experience.
Black Friday purchase
I ordered something during the Black Friday sale, but it didn't come when I thought it would. I contacted customer service, and they got back to me quickly, giving me a refund without any problems. Even though I was bummed about the delay, the customer service team was really understanding and resolved the issue promptly, so I ended up feeling satisfied.
Scrubs purchase
I'm feeling pretty conflicted about the scrubs I bought recently. I've been a loyal customer for a long time, but this last order let me down. When I got my scrubs, I was pumped to try them on, but the shirt looked kind of old. It had stains and looked worn out, which made me think I should have gotten a discount for basically buying used clothes. It's annoying when you work hard for your money and then end up with stuff that seems like it's not even brand new.
Delayed Order Fiasco
I ordered something from this company recently, and my experience was a disaster. I had to wait forever, it felt like, only to get an email saying my order was delayed because they had lots of orders to handle. Then, a week later, I got another email saying they canceled my order and refunded me. I didn't cancel anything, so I called customer service to ask what was going on. The person I talked to said there was a problem with my payment and gave me a refund. It was really frustrating how they messed up and never told me what was happening. I expected better from them, but it looks like they can't handle orders efficiently. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.
Recent purchase experience
This was my first time ordering from this brand and honestly, I was kind of disappointed. I was expecting better quality given all the hype, but the fit was weird and the material felt really low-end. I don't think I'll be buying from them again.
Overpriced, low-quality scrubs
I'm really bummed about these scrubs I bought. They are definitely not worth the money. The material is so thin and rough, and it doesn't stretch at all. There's no chance they're comfortable for a long shift. It's obvious that the company skimped on quality to save money, and it really shows in the end. Long wait for my order

Medium scrubs
I recently bought a pair of Medium scrubs from your store, thinking they'd fit me based on the size chart online. But, when I got them, they were way too big. I tried reaching out to ask about the return policy, but found conflicting info on different parts of the website. The customer support person I talked to wasn't very helpful and seemed like a robot, giving me a link for returns that didn't work like it should. It seemed like I had to buy a replacement at the same time if I wanted to exchange the item, which wasn't clear in the return policy. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't get clear answers from customer service. To make things worse, I found out that international customers, like myself, can't make returns, which wasn't mentioned beforehand. All of this has left me feeling pretty disappointed with my experience shopping at your store as an international customer.
FIGS scrubs for my partner
I got these really cool scrubs for my partner and they were amazing! The fabric was really high-quality, the custom embroidery was perfect, and the color was super stylish. However, there was a small problem with the top, so I contacted customer service. They were incredibly nice and helpful, and they quickly solved the issue. I've never had such an awesome customer service experience. I highly recommend this company if you're looking for stylish work apparel and exceptional customer service.
Sizing issues
The sizing for these figs is all messed up! I bought two sizes to compare, and they were totally different. The small was way too big, but the XS was way too small. I've never had this issue with sizing before, and now I can't even wear them because they look silly on me. Really bummed out about it.
Disappointing customer service
I've tried contacting them several times through email, phone, and social media with no luck. It seems like they don't care about their customers. I need a returns form for an item, but their website shows my items are still in transit even though they're already here. This issue is keeping me from starting the return process, and I'm almost out of time. Their lack of communication and support is really frustrating.
Uneven sizing, poor quality, and unhelpful customer service
I bought three pairs of pants from this company recently, and I have to say I'm really let down. None of them fit the same, and two pairs have already torn after just four months. When I contacted customer service for a replacement, they were rude and unhelpful. It's annoying to spend your money on products that don't deliver on their promises.
Refund issue
I ordered some things that I ended up needing to return and asked for a refund. It's been so long and I still haven't seen my money come back to me. Every time I ask about it, they just keep repeating the same response. It's been over a month now and I'm really frustrated and disappointed that I still don't have my refund. I've made up my mind that I won't be purchasing from them anymore and I'm also spreading the word to all my friends and family so they know not to shop there either.
Scrub top purchase
I was really let down by the scrub top I bought from here. Even though people were raving about the brand, the material was not great quality. After just a few times wearing it, the fabric started to get all bumpy and worn out. Plus, it seemed like the scrub top was a magnet for every little speck of dust and hair, which made it tough to keep looking nice. And on top of that, the fit was all wrong - I had to size up for my chest, but then the rest of the top was too big. Overall, it was a bummer of an experience that I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Christmas scrubs purchase
I bought three scrubs for my daughter as a Christmas gift, but when she tried them on, two of them didn't fit right. I was bummed to learn that I could only get store credit for returns. Since I didn't want store credit, I contacted the company for help. Luckily, I got connected with Ashley, who was amazing. She was really patient and helped me solve the problem, making sure I could return the scrubs for a full refund.
