I was really impressed with my whole experience with this company. The shipping was super quick, the packaging was really secure, and installing everything was a piece of cake. Cute socks
Man, I was really loving these socks when I first got my hands on them. So cute! But seriously, I only wore them a few times and they already had holes. I tried to reach out to customer service for a refund, but no luck. They needed proof and I couldn't provide it. Ugh, frustrating! Had no choice but to toss them out and basically throw my money away. Such a shame, the quality was terrible.

Hotel booking scam
This company totally scammed me! They hooked me with this awesome deal for a hotel, took my cash, and now they're saying the deal is gone. It's been more than a month and still no refund in sight. I've been callin' 'em up every darn day, but all I get is this run-around about how their finance team's checkin' it out. I'm so ticked off and now I'm out hundreds of bucks thanks to these shady folks.

Stainless steel cabinet purchase
I just got a bunch of stainless steel cabinets to organize my garage, and I am super happy with how it all turned out. Not only are the cabinets practical, but they also look really good and people keep complimenting them whenever they see them. I had to make three different orders, but the delivery was surprisingly quick, though there was a little blip when one of the orders was missing a box of doors. Thankfully, the customer service folks took care of it super fast and without any fuss. All in all, dealing with this company was easy and I was really impressed by their products and service.

Kid's shirt purchase
This online store is the worst I've ever dealt with. They charge way too much for shipping and add sneaky extra fees to your order. The other day I had to send back a kid's shirt because it was the wrong size, and I couldn't believe they slapped me with over $20 just for shipping! It's crazy and totally unfair. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place.

As someone who's a regular at this place, I gotta say I was surprised to see all the negative reviews. I've been getting cool clothes from here for a while now, and I've never had any issues with returns or customer service. AKIRA is one of my favorite stores, and I'll definitely keep supporting them. I feel bad for those who had a rough time, but I really suggest giving this shop a shot, especially if you see something you like on their website. I'm picky about what I buy, and a lot of the stuff I've gotten from AKIRA is one-of-a-kind and really adds a special flair to my wardrobe.

I gotta tell ya, that custom closet I bought totally changed the game when it came to keeping my bedroom organized. It was super easy to put together and install thanks to the modular design. The packing list was clutch in helping me gather up all the right parts for each section. The instruction book was clear as day, making the whole assembly process a piece of cake. The only hiccup I ran into was trying to attach it to the wall, which required a jack that I sadly didn't have. Make sure you've got all the tools you need on hand before you order one of these bad boys to avoid any hold-ups. 10/10, would recommend.

I just used the drop off service at this parking spot and I gotta say, I was really impressed with how well they took care of me.
