Team jersey
This site is a complete mess. My last order disappeared during shipping and no one bothered to explain why. And don't get me started on their customer service - it's just terrible. All they have are chat bots that can't really help or answer any of my questions. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this site if you actually want to receive your order and get help when something goes wrong.
Jersey purchase
This company offers absolutely no support once you've bought something. If you run into any problems that their chat bot can't solve, good luck getting help. They don't offer any options, solutions, or refunds. It feels like once they've got your money, they're done with you. Dealing with a company that clearly stops caring about customers after the sale is super frustrating and disappointing.

I got a jersey, but lemme tell you, it was a total nightmare dealing with this company. They sent me an email saying they delivered it, but it never showed up. When I tried reaching out, their customer service was nonexistent. FedEx said only the store could complain, but I couldn't get a hold of the MLS Store. They ignored my emails or sent back some generic response saying no one was checking the account. Their Customer Service Page was a joke, couldn't find a "Fan Advocate" to help out. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I suggest steering clear of this store.

My experience ordering from this store was really frustrating. It took a whole 3 weeks for my item to get to me because of delays in processing and some roundabout shipping method. The tracking number they gave me led me to believe it was coming from UPS, but then it ended up being handed off to USPS, making me wait even longer. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying from this store because of how slow the shipping was.
Jersey pre-order
I ordered a jersey, but then I decided I wanted to change the name on the back. So I asked the customer service folks if that was possible, and all they told me was, "Sorry, we can't do that." What a letdown! Plus, when I checked online, I saw that placing a new order would cost the same and ship out on the same date. Why have such a strict policy, man? It's so outdated to not allow changes in this day and age!
Jersey Order
Man, I ordered a jersey for the big game on the 19th, paid extra for fast delivery, but it's gonna be late. I called them and they were like, "Sorry, not sorry."
Player jersey
I recently bought two player jerseys from this online store and my experience wasn't great. The first order was placed on 2/11/19, but it kept getting delayed. Finally, on 3/21/19, they offered to ship it faster, but a week later it still hadn't been sent out, so I ended up canceling the order. The second jersey, ordered on 10/11, wasn't expected to ship until after the first playoff game, which seemed pretty slow and inefficient. It's frustrating to deal with these long delays, especially when you need the jerseys for sports events.
Men's authentic soccer jersey
I ordered a men's soccer jersey in February and ended up getting a women's one in August. Customer service was unhelpful, just blamed it on the warehouse and didn't offer any solutions. It was a terrible experience.

I ordered a soccer jersey from this store back in November 2022 and I gotta say, it was a major bummer that I never got what I paid for. I was really looking forward to rocking my local club's gear, but instead, I ended up wasting my time and money on something that never showed up. It's pretty frustrating to see that they haven't gotten their act together when it comes to deliveries, especially since it seems like a bunch of other people have had the same problem. I felt like I was caught up in some sketchy business instead of shopping at a legit MLS store. MLS needs to step up and fix these issues before this website gets even more bad press.
Custom Austin FC jersey
I recently bought a customized Austin FC jersey from the MLSStore and man, it was a letdown. I ordered it on May 21, 2021, all excited to get it by June 28th so I could show it off at the first home games of the new season. But come July 13th, still no jersey. The last tracking update said it was here on June 9th, but nothing since then. It's so frustrating not knowing what's up, especially 'cause I can't email customer service and the chat barely works. It's crazy to me that a site connected to Major League Soccer would run things this way. And only offering snail mail as a way to contact them? Come on, that's just funny in this day and age.
Order delayed due to Roadie shipping service
My order was supposed to come the next day, but it ended up being delayed by 4 days because of the Roadie shipping service. Trying to reach customer service about it was a total mess. When I finally got through, they said all systems were down and told me to try calling again later.
No more soccer on regular TV
I'm really upset that MLS decided to stop showing soccer on regular TV just because they made some deal with Apple TV. I don't want to shell out extra cash just to watch my team play a few matches. It's not fair to us fans and I think the league is gonna lose supporters because of this greedy decision.
Kid's shirt purchase
This online store is the worst I've ever dealt with. They charge way too much for shipping and add sneaky extra fees to your order. The other day I had to send back a kid's shirt because it was the wrong size, and I couldn't believe they slapped me with over $20 just for shipping! It's crazy and totally unfair. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place.
Limited edition jersey order
I ordered a limited edition jersey that was in stock and my size. However, two weeks later, I received an email saying it was no longer available and got a refund. I'm really upset since I missed out on a one-time purchase, and now I won't be able to buy it at all. I should have just bought it in person at the stadium instead of waiting to order online. This site has left me disappointed and frustrated.
Little league shirt
I bought a little league shirt and it was missing part of the print! I was really disappointed because it was kind of expensive, especially since I had to have it shipped all the way across the world. And when I tried to reach out to them, it was nearly impossible - they just kept transferring me to different people who never responded!
Shirt purchase issue
I had a really bad experience with buying something from this store. I found a shirt I liked that was on sale, but as soon as I put in my credit card info, the sale price disappeared. I quickly canceled my order, but they told me it would take 2-7 days to get my money back.
Sneakers and jersey
I just bought something from this website, and everything was fine until I got to the final screen and my total went up by $20 out of nowhere. Turns out the shipping got switched to expedited without me even saying yes to that. So I hit up customer service about it, but they tried to give some lame excuse for what happened. Ended up canceling my order and won't be shopping there again.

I picked up this awesome jersey, but man, it took so long to get here! I tried calling them, but no one answered, and I was beginning to lose my mind! All those reviews I read were spot on - those guys are complete crooks and scammers. I'm fuming, they should be locked up for what they're doing. Seriously, steer clear of them at all costs!
Miami Jersey
Don't buy from the MLS store. They will give you a delivery and shipping date and will NOT even ship your product by that date. Then their useless customer service will not solve anything.
Customized Jersey
I ordered my husband an LA Galaxy custom Herbalife jersey for his birthday at the beginning of March with a shipping date of about 10 days. For 2 months I received emails saying "sorry delay in shipping" and provided new estimated dates that came and went. I even chatted with a live agent a few weeks ago who assured me it was coming. Fast forward to today and I received an email that says my order cannot be fulfilled. Really, two months later! What poor customer service to string someone along for months when in reality they never even had the product. They say they will refund and are giving me a 25% coupon...which is useless as I will never order anything from here again. Advice to the store stop selling products you don't have! The craziest part is if I go on their website at this moment it shows I can still order the exact same thing. Buyer Beware, I know for a fact they do not have product ID: 4696938 the white jersey, but selling it with a shipping within 8 days!
