Migration from Canada to US datacenters
I recently moved from the datacenter in Canada to one of the newer locations in the US and it was a breeze, thanks to the amazing service from the staff. I contacted them with my inquiry and in no time, Bob Y. responded with a great plan. He was really quick to reply, communicated well, and made the whole process super easy. Bob really went out of his way to make sure my move was smooth and stress-free. I couldn't have asked for better help during this transition. The datacenter locations in the US really live up to their promise of top-notch service.

Cancelation and reorder assistance
I recently had to cancel and reorder an item because of a mistake I made, and I just wanted to say how awesome the customer service was. Nikki really went above and beyond to help me out with all my questions, making sure to cancel my original order and get a new one placed smoothly. She was super patient and really focused on making sure I was happy with how everything turned out. Plus, she helped me out with a few missing items from my order, which arrived really quickly. I usually don't leave reviews, but Nikki's service was so exceptional that I had to give her a shoutout. Thanks a bunch, Nikki, for all your help and for making sure I was satisfied. Jersey
I got a jersey, but lemme tell you, it was a total nightmare dealing with this company. They sent me an email saying they delivered it, but it never showed up. When I tried reaching out, their customer service was nonexistent. FedEx said only the store could complain, but I couldn't get a hold of the MLS Store. They ignored my emails or sent back some generic response saying no one was checking the account. Their Customer Service Page was a joke, couldn't find a "Fan Advocate" to help out. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I suggest steering clear of this store.

Studio monitor stands purchased
I just bought some studio monitor stands from this company and had a little mishap - one of the stands had a broken knob. But let me tell you, the customer service was top-notch. I reached out to them and they promptly sent me a whole new set of stands without making me send back the old ones. The replacement arrived fast and was well packed with bubble wrap. All in all, it was a good experience and I would definitely buy from them again.

This business is definitely top-notch, with experts who really know their stuff and care about what they do. I had two experiences over the holidays that really proved how skilled they are. First, I chatted with a Lead Generation Specialist who was super-professional and gave me some great advice, even though I wasn't buying anything right then. Then, I got some technical help from a Parrot Support rep that totally fixed my drone problem. Both of them were really impressive in how professional and knowledgeable they were.

24 T-shirt purchase
I bought 24 t-shirts online and was kinda unsure about it at first because I've had some bad experiences with clothes not fitting right or being different from what was shown. But I decided to take a chance and make the order anyways. And I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised when the t-shirts showed up quickly and the fabric was really good quality. They were soft and comfy, but just a tad too snug for my taste. I contacted customer service to ask for an exchange and it was actually super easy. In no time, I got my new shirts and they fit perfectly. The colors were bright and just like how they looked online, which was a nice surprise. I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely buy from them again. Plus, the packaging was eco-friendly and not over the top, which I really liked.

Essential Turkey 9 day tour
The tour was amazing, man. The places we stayed at were awesome and the food was so good. Our tour guide, Moose, was a riot and he knew so much about all the spots we went to. He made those long bus rides fly by with all his stories. The best parts were Cappadocia and Pamukkale, no doubt about it. But honestly, every single place we visited was beautiful. The group we were with was super chill, everybody was cool, and we had a blast exploring Turkey together.
