Personalized cards never received
I ordered some custom cards for a big event, but they never showed up. I reached out to customer service to ask for a tracking number, and they told me the cards were never even sent. I asked for a refund over email, but they only offered me a 30% refund for an order that never got fulfilled. I've tried contacting them multiple times for a full refund, but they keep ignoring me. I'm really disappointed by their lack of communication and their poor response to this problem. As someone who values good service, I'm really unsatisfied with this whole situation. I'm starting to think about taking legal action against the company for not following through on what they promised.
Funeral thank you cards
My experience with this company was really disappointing. When my father passed away in April, I decided to order custom Funeral Thank You Cards with a Satin Finish and a Stamper for signature. However, when the cards arrived, they were Matte finish, and the packing slip clearly stated Matte too. I contacted customer service and they asked for photos as proof of the mistake. I sent the photos as they asked, but they didn't accept them as evidence. After several tries, they finally acknowledged that the finish was somewhere between Satin and Matte and offered to redo the cards with a discount. Even with rushed shipping, the wrong cards were sent again and I still didn't receive the stamper I ordered. It felt like a never-ending funeral dealing with this company.
Graduation cards with random letter S
I ordered some graduation cards from this company recently, and I was super disappointed with how they turned out and the way their customer service handled it. When I got the cards, there was this random letter S in the middle, but I didn't put it there. When I called to tell them about the mistake, the person I talked to kept saying we must have added the letter ourselves, even though we didn't. It was pretty ridiculous and kind of insulting. Even though it was clearly their mistake, they offered to reprint the cards at 50% off, acting like they were doing me a big favor by fixing their error. Their lack of quality control is obvious, and the way they dealt with it all was so unprofessional and not okay. I won't be coming back to order from them again.
Failed delivery
I bought some cards not too long ago, but they never showed up. I sent an email asking what was up, and all they offered was a refund or to order them again. I asked how long it would take because I needed them soon, but I never heard back. It's annoying that they're not keeping me in the loop, and now I have to rush to buy cards from somewhere else. They should have at least told me if they couldn't get my order together so I could find another solution.
Custom holiday cards
Oh man, what a mess! I thought I was being smart by getting my custom holiday cards from that place, but it turned out to be a total disaster. I spent a bunch of time making them and ordering, and then the nightmare began. They said they shipped my order with UPS and then USPS, but both times I got an email saying "shipping label created" and still no cards. It felt like they were just making labels to hide their mistakes. And to make it worse, I paid for expedited shipping and got nothing. The lack of care and customer service was just terrible. I had to end up canceling my order and not send any cards to my family this year. Such a letdown!

I ordered some invitations for a work event recently, and man, it was a disaster! I had to reach out to customer service several times, but even then, my order didn't come out right. I ordered Christmas cards, but what I got instead were these tiny postcards with a Christmas design. They were too small to even write on! I reached out to the company to let them know the problem, but they only gave me half of my money back. I just wanted a replacement, but I couldn't seem to get ahold of anyone to talk about it. I was pretty bummed out and definitely won't be suggesting this company to anyone, I won't be doing business with them again.

I got these 100 Christmas photo cards online and they sent me a proof to check it out first. Looked real professional. But when the cards came, every single one was blurry! It was a total letdown. Still, I gotta give credit where it's due - the company was quick to refund me without making a big deal about it.

Graduation announcements for my son
Oh wow, I got my son's graduation announcements in the mail and they arrived really quickly! The box they came in was so nice and they even included some extra stuff to protect them. The announcements themselves were absolutely beautiful and the picture on them turned out amazing. I'll definitely be returning to this place for more things in the future!

I'm really disappointed in the custom invitations I got. The pictures were all fuzzy and unclear, and the writing looked like it had been printed really poorly. I just bought some thank you cards for my Dad's memorial from this company I found. It was a new one to me, but I decided to give it a shot anyway. I just used a design template for making an announcement for a special occasion and I was pretty happy with the quality and customization choices. But, when I asked for a small change to put one photo on top of another, I was a little shocked that they wanted to charge extra for that. The design team got back to me quickly which was nice, but I wasn't too thrilled about having to pay more for a simple tweak. So now I'm gonna check out different places for my printing stuff in the future.

The service was seriously amazing from the beginning to the end. I was so surprised at how fast they processed and shipped my order. I got my custom photo cards in only 4 days, which is pretty impressive. The packaging was really nice and the quality of the cards was much better than ones I got from places like Walgreens or CVS. Thank you card order
I was really let down by the thank you cards I bought recently. I paid for rush shipping, but the cards didn't come in time for my event. So, a lot of my guests didn't get a thank you from me. Then, when I contacted customer service, they only wanted to give me a partial refund, which I thought was not fair considering what happened.
