Confusing product line
I visited your store recently and man, I was so confused! The stuff I usually grab wasn't on the shelves anymore. I couldn't find a replacement for my favorite exfoliator. I hope the new products do the trick, but I might have to shop around now. It's a bummer!

Video game console
I bought a video game console from this store, and man, I gotta say I was totally let down by the whole thing. So, it's the beginning of December and guess what? They sent me the wrong thing. I shot them an email right away with my order number, and they responded pretty quickly at first. But then, like, two weeks went by and I didn't hear anything from them. I sent them two more emails, but still got no response. I even asked what was up with my order in January, and they told me I'd get my right item in 3 to 5 business days. Well, surprise surprise, nothing showed up.

Graduation announcements for my son
Oh wow, I got my son's graduation announcements in the mail and they arrived really quickly! The box they came in was so nice and they even included some extra stuff to protect them. The announcements themselves were absolutely beautiful and the picture on them turned out amazing. I'll definitely be returning to this place for more things in the future!

Got flowers, easy and pretty
I ordered some flowers and it was so easy and simple. I even had to make some changes later on, and it was easy to get in touch with them. Even though I didn't get an email to confirm my changes, everything turned out great. Thanks to everyone involved for delivering such a beautiful bunch of flowers.

I got this package today that I didn't even order. It's the second time this has happened in just two months. I only wanted the one treatment, but now I've got all these extra shipments showing up. I had to send them an email to get them to stop charging my card for stuff I didn't ask for.

Comparison of features, trial account, blocked accounts
Yeah, so I was testing out a bunch of stuff and decided to sign up for a trial account using a different email. But then they went ahead and blocked all my accounts, which was a major inconvenience, so I'm pretty bummed about that. Even though the features are solid and the design is slick, there are some neat options that I wish they had, like the ability to set up different trigger messages for different pages like some other livechat software out there.

Non-stick frying pan purchase
I just bought an eight-inch non-stick frying pan, but was bummed to see that the cooking area was only six inches. When I tried to return it, it was a hassle and took way longer than I expected. Plus, they charged me $11 for the return. Overall, I wasn't happy with the pan or the return process, so I'd advise anyone thinking about buying it to really check the details before making a purchase.

PFB Varnish - Rapid Results
I just got the PFB Varnish and I've been trying it out for about 10 days now. I'm already starting to see the dead skin peeling, which is a good sign that it's working. I haven't noticed any lightening in my bikini area yet, but my ingrown hairs are definitely looking better. I'm going to keep using it and hopefully see even more improvements in the next couple of months.
