Incorrect item received
I just made my first purchase from this company and I was really let down because I got the wrong item. I tried reaching out to customer service to fix it, but it was a complete disaster. I waited on hold for over 45 minutes, and then the call-back option didn't even call me back until 2 hours later, with no one answering. It was totally unacceptable! I'm definitely not ordering from them again.

Deluxe Chocolate Box
I bought the Deluxe Chocolate Box from your store and I was really looking forward to getting it. But I have to say, I was pretty let down by the delivery service from Royal Mail. I had arranged for the chocolates to arrive on a certain day because it was a special occasion for me. But they didn't show up on time, which was a hassle. My daughter was at home all day, waiting for the package because it was her birthday. Even though they had her phone number, Royal Mail didn't even try to deliver the package or let her know they missed it.

Confusing product line
I visited your store recently and man, I was so confused! The stuff I usually grab wasn't on the shelves anymore. I couldn't find a replacement for my favorite exfoliator. I hope the new products do the trick, but I might have to shop around now. It's a bummer!

Graduation announcements for my son
Oh wow, I got my son's graduation announcements in the mail and they arrived really quickly! The box they came in was so nice and they even included some extra stuff to protect them. The announcements themselves were absolutely beautiful and the picture on them turned out amazing. I'll definitely be returning to this place for more things in the future!

Comparison of features, trial account, blocked accounts
Yeah, so I was testing out a bunch of stuff and decided to sign up for a trial account using a different email. But then they went ahead and blocked all my accounts, which was a major inconvenience, so I'm pretty bummed about that. Even though the features are solid and the design is slick, there are some neat options that I wish they had, like the ability to set up different trigger messages for different pages like some other livechat software out there.
