Personalized cards never received
I ordered some custom cards for a big event, but they never showed up. I reached out to customer service to ask for a tracking number, and they told me the cards were never even sent. I asked for a refund over email, but they only offered me a 30% refund for an order that never got fulfilled. I've tried contacting them multiple times for a full refund, but they keep ignoring me. I'm really disappointed by their lack of communication and their poor response to this problem. As someone who values good service, I'm really unsatisfied with this whole situation. I'm starting to think about taking legal action against the company for not following through on what they promised.

I ordered these snowboard pants from this site, and I was really looking forward to getting them! The DHL link to track my package actually came a day later than I thought, but it's all good because the delivery went smoothly, and the pants are awesome! They fit perfectly and look really stylish. I'm so excited to wear them out on the slopes!

The pet food from this company is alright, but let me tell you, their customer service and order process needs some major improvements. International money transfer
I've been a loyal customer of this company for almost ten years now, but I've been running into some pretty big problems with their service recently. Everything was going great up until a couple months back, but now my transactions are taking way longer than usual, and it's really getting on my nerves. And to top it off, as of February 19th, I found out that I can't even do Australian transactions anymore, which is just making things even more difficult for me. I've tried everything they told me to do to fix the problem, but all I keep getting in return are these automated emails that don't even touch on my concerns. All I want is to get my money back quickly, and I'm hoping they can get their act together and sort all this out soon.
