Dog food purchase
I always though my goldendoodle was just a picky eater, but turns out she's actually not interested in food at all! It was really hard to see her go days without eating anything. I ordered a bunch of dog food online, and man, I'm really let down by the way this company is handling things. Ever since we switched our 9-year-old Maltese to this food, we've noticed a significant improvement in his coat health, tear stains, and energy levels. And don't get me started on how confusing and unclear their customer service is about these unwanted deliveries. This whole autopay problem has been a real headache, with no end in sight. To sum it up, my experience with this company has been a big flop.
Order of dog food
I just bought some dog food from this company the other day. But, I had to return one bag that I didn't even open. The customer service I got during that whole ordeal was just terrible. The people I talked to were so rude and not helpful at all. They didn't seem to care at all about making me happy as a customer. They didn't even bother trying to talk to me about my concerns. They just sent me a generic letter and closed my case. I felt completely ignored and like my business didn't matter to them at all.
